Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. And the cottage felt musty.

Great little house and location was good too.

Communication with the host was easy. Small cottage was only a few blocks off Duval. The neighborhood was quiet. The kitchen was more than adequate for our needs. The air was great in the living room/main room. The bedroom air was a window unit that provided enough “white noise” to help us sleep. We would stay again.

Perfect location. Communication was great! We would defintiely stay again on our next visit.

It is on a very quiet street but within walking distance to the fun of Duval Street and the beaches. We did not bother with renting a car and just walked to everything on Key West. The bed was comfortable, and everything was in working order. There are roosters, but they are all over the island, so not a complaint on the rental. That is just an overall heads up if traveling to Key West. We got used to them within a couple of nights, and they do quiet down. The property owner was awesome. Loved the concierge service. Made planning and booking things so easy!! Highly recommend this place.

Great stay, quite and close to everything.

Very nice, spacious property, fully stocked. laundry available. Clean, TV and wifi, keyless entry. Host was very communicative and friendly. I will definitely be back, also have recommended HKWR to friends and family.

The location was good. While I’d like to give this a 5 I can’t! The living room furniture is so uncomfortable that I would not stay here again. Beds were fine. Please consider changing the furniture!

We loved the house. The neighborhood was great. Lots of fun action in town, a 2 minute walk away. We rented bikes and explored the island. Perfect getaway from the cold north.

This property is perfect for a couple to stay. It is quiet, cozy, and romantic. The property is also close to Duval St, and most everything is within walking distance. We didn't rent a car for the whole trip. The property owners have great communication and are quick to respond. We will most definitely be coming back!!!

Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay in this cute and comfy rental, that was tucked away on a side street, just a couple from the action on Duval St. We enjoyed the front porch every day, sipping coffee/drinks, reading quietly, made possible by the privacy fence and bushes. We used the kitchen every day, perfect for starting and ending our days with home cooked meals. Although we never did use it, there is a cute courtyard out back with grill, table/chairs. The air conditioning kept us nice and cool. The shower felt great each day. During the day we roamed around the city, taking in the sights, hit the beach, checked out local preserves, sipped at the local watering holes. There are plenty of touristy things to do, such as museums, trolley, conch train, drag shows... and more shopping than you can imagine. As for parking, it was easy and we scored a spot right around the corner every day, just steps from the rental. Need to know: the neighborhood rooster makes his presence known each morning; however the broom on the front porch will help to shoo him away. Pack your bag, stop to get groceries and you’re good to go!

Close to Duvall and the surrounding area, but quiet location. Perfect for couples.

It was hot, and it was great to have such wonderful air conditioning. Perfect location. Easy to walk to Duval. Loved everything.
