Solaqua luxury hillside villa with 360 views, pool/spa and pink sands beach

The house was a beautiful family home that accommodated our family of seven quite nicely. our visit was during the holidays and the house had a beautifully decorated tree. Every family member had their own bedroom and the bedrooms are very spacious. The walk to the beach was short and easy and getting into town was also quite easy with a golf cart. Our only complaint would be that the hot tub was not hot and we had to call a couple of times to get it heated and it never really became hot. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay. We highly recommend this house and location and would stay there again.

4 couples spent 4 nights at Solaqua for a great getaway. The home is convenient to town and just steps from the beach (the access is very steep going down and up) and once you're there the beach is breathtaking. There is a huge den on the main floor that's very comfortable and a smaller den downstairs in between the 2 bedrooms. Each couple had plenty of space to spread out in each room. All the beds were comfortable. Kitchen well appointed although a bit outdated. Work out cabana is well stocked also with every type of workout equipment. Our favorite part of the house was the pool and hot tub. Hours were spent lounging and hanging, day and night. The grounds were also well kept. The top rooftop overlook is beautiful at night, you can see every star in the sky. Could maybe use some more comfortable furniture up there. The only issues we had were the a/c in one of the bedrooms was on but not cooling. After a very hot night, the next day the freon was refilled and it worked. It took some time but nothing is quick on island time. Also a shower head in the other shower fell off the first day and that was never addressed. We all agreed despite these little mishaps, we would totally revisit this house again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Solaqua. The house was really spacious and was perfect for our Spring Break trip with two families and kids. The location is great, a short walk from the beach, and centrally located to everything on the island. We really enjoyed the workout room, pool and hot tub, and hanging out on the terraces for drinks. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. The house was exactly as pictured with amazing bay and ocean views and the location was perfect. It is very close to the beach and town.

Traveled to Harbour Island with a group of 8 for a wedding. This property worked out perfect for the group. House was beautiful and anything we had questions on, the property manager handled quickly. There is a path to the beach right near the house which worked out great. If you're visiting Harbour Island with a larger group I highly recommend staying here.

This experience was easy and professional from booking to departure day. Alex was professional and always provided the most accurate and timely responses with any questions we had prior to arrival. It was a joy working with him. We also rented a couple golf carts through the property and this was most convenient. The on-site property manager Joel was a dream to work with. Any question or concern we had, either day or night he answered and executed! He was knowledgeable about the property which was also an added bonus. We were given a tour of the property upon arrival and all amenities were explained thoroughly! We would most definitely stay at this property again :) Thank you for accommodating my team!
