SOL-MATE | 3BR Kid & Pet-Friendly Waterfront Home

This was our 3rd stay at this condo for good reasons. It is always spotlessly clean, comfortable (including the mattresses), the kitchen is well stocked, and the decor reflects the waterfront atmosphere. We enjoy the view of the Laguna Madre, from inside, and the wonderful outdoor seating area/deck. The birds, sunrises and sunsets are not to be missed. Amanda has always always been a great hostess, and we look forward to another stay in the future!

Awesome property with amazing water view. Short distance to amenities in Port Isabel and SPI. Quiet neighborhood. Owner is very responsive. Recommended!

Some photos are deceiving or need to be updated as to what is really available on the property ie the outdoor grillIt’s there but it’s also rusted to the point it is unusable

This was our 2nd time staying here, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Of course we loved the seating area in back, and the deck over the water with gorgeous views. We also appreciated the little details like the amenities in the kitchen, special soaps in the bathrooms, nautical decor, comfortable beds, and the perfect environment to relax. It truly feels like you’re both getting away, and close to anything you might want to do. Thank you for another great stay!

Location was great. Not far from anything. The only issue, which is to be expected being bayside, was mosquitoes. If you douse yourself with repellent you’ll be fine. Otherwise, we had a great stay!

This place was as advertised and my family loved it so much. The location is incredible and the house itself was perfect for a small family and even better if you have pets! Couldn’t recommend this place enough.

It was a great house nothing was wrong

We needed to get away and relax by the water, and this house did not disappoint! The property is easy to locate, beautifully decorated, with a smooth check in process, and quickly felt like home. We experienced an unexpected minor issue, and received an immediate response from our host. Communication was always easy, and helpful. The house is equipped with kitchen and grilling utensils, and all conveniences that made our stay so good - including beach towels and great outdoor seating areas. The sunrise and sunset views, along with birdwatching are incredible - don’t forget your camera. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The condo was so peaceful and tranquil and had amazing views of the sunset and fireworks. Everyone of all ages loved the game room and the balconies were wonderful too. All the rooms are very bright and airy so if you're trying to sleep in or take a nap it's quite impossible. It would've been nice to have a blackout option or at least something to prevent the sun from blasting us in the morning but we made the best of it and started our days early. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.
