Sol and Sea - Beachfront Townhome w/ Beach Service + Free Attraction Tickets!

What a great place! Just as described in listing except for the fact that the pictures do not give the view the credit it deserves! From the downstairs patio to the upstairs porch, it is stunning and only steps to (what feels like) a private beach! We went during spring break, wanted to stay away from the crowds and this was perfect! Great communication, easy check in and checkout…beach chairs set up for us every day…minutes drive to everything. 100% will book again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was in the area on a work trip and accidentally came across the unit on Benchmark when shopping for a place to stay. My husband, kids and I had stayed on this property back in the summer so I was familiar with the location. I was surprised to find that Benchmarks rates were far less expensive than what we had previously paid before. I’ll definitely be going through Benchmark again for our travel to the beach!

Comfortable beds, beautiful beach, close to everything.

We loved our stay here. We rented bikes and enjoyed riding to seascrest, rosemary and alys beaches. The view is amazing and the easy beach access is too. We used Dillons beach service for chairs on the beach and that made life so easy on vacay. House was clean, bright, and just like the photos.

Overall, the property is great. Unique to my stay, it was a short getaway for a long weekend while working remote a couple of days during the week. Wifi is awful - and no resolution unfortunately. Constantly drops every few minutes, and when it does connect to devices, is similar to airline wifi. Cannot do more than basic email. Awful cell service which is expected, but no wifi you are off the grid. If looking for just a quiet getaway to the beach, overall it’s great though. Would recommend another property for the cost though and just overall convenience.

Great location. Beautiful views. Nice walkway to beach, but the gate code didn’t work.
