Stayed Aug 19, 2022Clean and comfortable property near UTK/downtown Knoxville - but tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. Pretty quick response to a small problem by the owner and a VERY friendly maintenance man. Great communication leading up to our visit. We have severe pet allergies and there was no trace of pet dander in this house - which was GREAT. Definitely recommend.

Stayed Jul 21, 2022The property was in shambles. Trashed, dirty with the stench of cigarette smoke so thick it made breathing very labored. I was there for less than 30 minutes taking pictures for documentation of the place and my eyes became bloodshot and throat sore. There was feces in and all over the toilet, pools of blood coagulated and dried all in the refrigerator. Glasses of beverages half drunk all over the place. This was an absolute tragic misrepresentation of the property and unhealthy unclean scenario. The owner was absolutely a pain and is now refusing to refund my money for this trip I was unable to stay in. I had to seek other lodging for my own personal health but most importantly for my 73 year old mother.
