Stayed Dec 12, 2024This was the perfect house for our group. We needed to be conveniently located to downtown Knoxville and were never more than 15 minutes away from where we needed to be. There is plenty of parking for 3 cars, lots of seating, and having bathrooms for each of the bedrooms was a huge plus. This neighborhood is fairly up and coming, but we never felt unsafe or had any problems. The beds were comfortable and we felt we had everything we needed in the rental.

Stayed Feb 15, 2024Very nice house and we would certainly stay again. I would only suggest that the front door needs something over the glass. We did feel very exposed at night.

Stayed Aug 9, 2023We wanted a quiet home close to downtown and this was perfect! We had 4 family members and 3 BRs plus 3 baths was super convenient. It is remodeled and attractive with comfortable central HVAC. Kitchen has sufficient cookware and appliances to prepare meals. All 3 beds were very comfortable. We hope we can reserve the same home next time we return to Knoxville. The host responded quickly to all of our questions. We highly recommend this home for your Knoxville stay!

Stayed Jun 30, 2023We came to visit one of our daughters who lives in Knoxville. The house was perfect for the 5 of us. Plenty of space, very clean, beautifully decorated and everything we needed was provided. And ir was nice that the owner checked in on us during our visit. We highly recommend this house to others.
