Stayed Mar 22, 2020Loved staying at this Soco Bungalow. Cute decor inside, clean, owner wonderful and responsive. Walked to South Congress Biz District aka SOCO...awesome! Shop and eat 'til you drop haha...! A beautiful park is only 3 blocks with a Free Pool under huge trees. Walking /Biking trails too. Will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Stayed Jan 27, 2020This property was very neglected and was only partially furnished. We cleaned it up, inside and out, and furnished it with kitchen utensils and appliances and a few pieces of missing furniture during our one month stay. The landlord was very uptight and continually messaged me withe her concerns during our stay. The city came by to let us know we were breaking the law as the property was not zoned for short term rentals. Upon checkout the landlord claimed we broke the toilet and rather than thank us for all we had done wanted an extra cleaning fee and for us to buy a new toilet.

Stayed Oct 5, 2017We stayed here for a long weekend during Austin City Limits music festival. The home is in good condition, and has all the amenities we needed to have a comfortable stay for 5 adults. Close proximity to the city and walkable to restaurants when it isn't too hot. Overall it was a great experience - we would stay at this property again! Thanks!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This quaint bungalow is the perfect way to enjoy more of real Austin with outdoor spaces in an upscale neighborhood walking distance to downtown and even closer to where you want to be for nightlife in SoCo. There is a beautiful park with a creek close by that has an outdoor free pool. House has wifi and kitchen...everything you need for a great stay in Austin! Would definitely stay here again! The owner was great to work with and so helpful!!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We found the area where the bungalow is to very convenient.The South Congress area has lots to do and downtown is only a twenty minute walk or there is easy mass transit. When not out in the action,I really enjoyed sitting in the front yard,which is on a quiet street and has lots of plants and trees. The bungalow had everything we needed and was very clean.The owner was really nice,and if we are ever back in Austin,we will try to stay there again.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Close to shopping, downtown and Soco. Rode my bike easily, clean, big trees and cute outdoor spaces. Owner was lovely and house is comfy. not a big place, but perfect for us.
