The home was beautiful and spacious.

We had a great time at this place and would recommend it wholeheartedly! Daniel was a generous host who went out of his way to help us in DM's and even provide local recommendations. We enjoyed the extremely toddler-friendly backyard, and the downstairs layout was great for relaxing together as a family while kids and adults did different things. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay. Home was perfect, clean, quiet, in nice neighborhood. Just as it looks in the listing. Communication with host good. Check in/out super easy.

We stayed at this place for Legoland trip. It was close to Legoland and easy access to the freeway. The house was huge for our family of 5. There was a neighbor dog barking pretty loud the first night, but none for the rest of the stay. I contacted Daniel for bathtub plug not working. He contacted a plumber right away and he showed up in 10min. It was fixed right away. I loved the beautiful yard. It was clean and comfortable. Thank you Daniel for let us stay in your property. We will stay again when we make a trip again!!!

We had an incredible time at this property! From the moment we arrived, everything was exactly as described—clean, beautifully maintained, and stocked with all the essentials (and then some). The check-in process was seamless, and the host was super responsive and helpful throughout our stay.The location was ideal—peaceful and private, yet close enough to everything we needed. The house was very clean and had a great amount of amenities included. The beds were super comfortable and the back yard was perfect for relaxing and a safe space for our kids to run around. Dan was a great host and had awesome communication. Thanks again!

Our whole family was able to stay comfortably at this house while we were visiting for a soccer tournament. Our games where in the morning so we had the day to explore the area… And the evenings to stay at the house, cook, and relax. The kitchen was fully stocked. Beds and linens were great. Yard was perfect. Couldn't ask for more! Host even went out of his way to allow us to stay a bit longer before our last game on Sunday. Would highly recommend this home!

We enjoyed our stay, the house was great and the neighborhood was safe. Communication was quick and easy which is very important to me! He was great to work with and was a great host making sure we were taken care of. We plan to stay here again!

Our family of 10 had a fabulous stay at this property for 3 nights. Daniel was an excellent host with prompt responses to our questions/needs. The fenced in yard was lovely and our 4 grandchildren enjoyed playing outside a good deal of time. The property is close to a great park and the beach. We made day trips to Legoland and Sea World. The house is well stocked with linens, kitchen utensils/dishes, games, and beach chairs/towels. We would love to stay again if we are in the area.

We were very happy that we found this property. It is convenient to so many things we wanted to do. Shopping, restaurants and not too far to beach. The owner was very helpful in making us aware of all the amenities of the house. Dan even got us extra beach chairs to use and had a few snacks laying out for us at check in. We will definitely stay in this property again.

Dan was a perfect host, going out of his way to deliver extra items we needed. The layout of the home was open and spacious with a modern furnishings. Everything was perfectly clean. On Fathers Day, we all enjoyed relaxing in the backyard in the afternoon. It was such a beautiful day that some of us even napped on the comfy hammock and round outdoor daybed. The kitchen is well stocked with basic utensils plus corkscrew, can openers, blender, ice cream scoops, chopsticks, bbq lighter, wine glasses, measuring spoons/cups. Two pillows were provided per person (one soft, one firm). These are the details that go into making guests comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. It’s so close to Carlsbad and not far to drive to San Diego, either. Great for families with kids or even 4 couples.

I highly recommend this property! I agree with all the earlier reviews. It was clean and beautiful and situated in a quiet neighbourhood. Just a quick drive to the beach. Perfect for a big group. There were 8 of us in ours. Well stocked with supplies. Pictures and description were accurate. You could even see paragliders from the master bedroom windows (from nearby skydiving site). Dan the owner was super responsive with our questions. Check-in and out was easy and straightforward. Would love to stay here again! Would love to go back!
