The property was beautiful and amazing with beautiful views out front and the host was so responsive and accommodating. I would definitely return and highly recommend.

House was more than we could hope for. The kids loved the hot tub as well as the park in the backyard. House was clean and very well equipped. Views were stunning and the location was great.

This home was perfect! The kitchen was well stocked and made cooking meals there very enjoyable. The beds were extremely comfortable. The hot tub was great to enjoy after hiking and exploring the area. The view of the mountains from the living room and upper deck was spectacular! Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home with everything you could possibly need and awesome view! Hot tub was the perfect end to a day at Zion (an hour away). Kitchen was well stocked which was great for cooking because only a handful of restaurants around within half hr. Highly recommend this house!

Everyone loved staying here. The property looks brand new and was very clean. We had everything we needed and it was so comfy.

We stayed here for our friends trip to Zion and the Grand Canyon. It was so easy to access our rental which was immaculate and perfect for our group. The beds were amazingly comfy after a long day of hiking, and the hot tub was clutch in helping our muscles. We'll definitely be a repeat customer!

Accommodating

Lovely, well-cared for home. We were so pleased with the well-stocked kitchen, and our kids loved the hot tub and the horses across the street. Gorgeous views and large and well-appointed master bedroom suite. Clear checkout instructions and a responsive host. We stayed for two nights on either side of a hike at Zion National Park. Could not recommend this property more highly — we hope to visit again.

This home is beautiful! It was perfect for the six of us. Each couple had a wonderful bedroom with comfortable beds and awesome views. The back patio with hot tub, the front porch with comfy rockers, and the balcony were favorite spots to relax, enjoy the mountain view, star gaze, and spend time with family. The home is very clean and is very well stocked. We stayed after visiting Bryce Canyon and before visiting Zion. Wish we could have stayed longer!

I have rented from VRBO for more than a decade and this home was the best thought out home I’ve ever rented. I did not need anything extra and everything was in great shape. The location was exactly where we wanted, driving distance to the parks but away from tourists. Could not have been more pleased.

Perfect for our family trip! Short drives to Zion and Kansan. We cooked, did a little laundry, enjoyed the hot tub and RELAXED. This is a lovely little home with very soft beds and such a stress free environment. Kids had a great time. The whole family was very comfortable. 11/10 stars. Would def stay again.

This home was the perfect choice for our family. We have often rented vacation homes, and this was the first that felt so warm and homelike the moment we walked in. Beautifully decorated, with all the comforts of home, and wonderful family gathering spaces both inside and out. The view from the upstairs bedrooms are a wonderful way to wake each morning. The owners checked in with us and we felt we could reach out for anything. Would recommend this home to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Very clean and neat with very comfortable beds

We stayed for week using the house as home base for hiking and exploring. The house is beautiful and fully stocked, just like home. Having a grocery store close by was a bonus. The view is beautiful as well. If we ever visit southern Utah again we would definitely book this house again!

Worked all week in Vegas . We needed a break and we chose to visit Zion Narrows ! So fun BUT waking up to this view of the BARN & ROCKS is EPIC!!!!! Yellowstone realness ! The house is great, super comfortable and stocked with everything you need.

Coral Cliffs could not have been more perfect for our visit to Southern Utah and Northern Arizona. It was very clean, beautifully decorated and had absolutely everything we needed for the week. The home is well stocked and had everything and more that we could have needed for making meals. The hot tub was a plus of days hiking in the surrounding National and state parks. Communication was exceptional. We would definiltey stay at Coral Cliffs again in the future.
