Stayed May 27, 2023The house was wonderful, everything was very clean and well kept. The owners sent a great list of recommendations for things nearby. The location was quiet and peaceful, but still walkable to coffee, groceries, and a few cute restaurants. It's also close to Littleton with great shopping and restaurants, and amazing hiking in Franconia notch.

Stayed Oct 1, 2025Very homely cottage in a beautiful area and within walking distance of a lovely coffee shop and deli. Delicious ice cream over the hill in Bethlehem and lots of shops and eateries in Littleton. Had a great stay!

Stayed Aug 20, 2025The house was very comfortable and close to everything. The host was very accommodating and provided amenities above and beyond what you would expect. We highly recommend staying at this property if you’re in the Franconia area. The town is very quaint and picturesque and everyone was very friendly.

Stayed Jul 26, 2024We stayed in Franconia to attend a wedding at Toad Hill Farm. The house was perfect for us and we were also able do some hiking and enjoy the beauty of the area. The owner was so helpful and gave us wonderful tips for restaurants in the area and places to visit. The house had everything we needed and was so clean! Thank you very much!
