Stayed Mar 1, 2025Great kitchen and very well stocked as were the bathrooms. Very little needed to make ourselves at home. Living area was small but cozy and comfortable and absolutely met our needs. TV was nice size and content was very satisfactory, especially as host upgraded service. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating.. Location was excellent, very central to all activities and services. Only drawbacks were unable to use garage and needing a key to lock all doors from inside.

Stayed Apr 4, 2024Dorothy was a great host. The Listing is very accurate. The property and neighborhood are very beautiful and is located near a lot of great restaurants, shopping centers and many other local attractions. I would definitely recommend and would be staying again if I visit the Phoenix/Glendale area.

Stayed Mar 2, 2024This home was very clean. Comfortable. Nicely decorated. In a great neighborhood. Close to everything. It had everything we needed to cook breakfast and dinner every day for a month. I enjoyed riding their bike. The rec center was 2 blocks away so I could swim and workout every day. I loved all the windows and light and fresh air. The property was perfect for two couples to enjoy the month

Stayed Jan 25, 2024Very nicely furnished, comfortable home in Sun City. Thoughtfully remodeled throughout. Modern open floor plan. Well stocked kitchen with a fantastic stove. Screened sun porch (perfect for breakfast). The hosts are very attentive and make themselves available if you have any needs. We plan on returning.
