Snowbird Sanctuary w/ Covered Patio in Bradenton

Loved the property and the location. My kids were disappointed though because in the pictures there was a basketball hoop but when we arrived there was no hoop. Main reason my kids wanted to stay there but overall very nice place.

This home was incredibly spacious and which was great for the price! There were 6 of us so we really enjoyed being able to stretch out. The open layout and den area made it easy to relax and move around without feeling crowded. The screened patio was perfect for morning coffee, and we even ate lunch out there a few times. It was in a great location, super close to downtown Bradenton and 15 minutes to the beaches. A great place! We would stay here again.

It met everything we were looking for in a stay

The outdoor patio was unusable. The second bathroom was in the garage which was awkward. Several windows didn’t close and dining room chairs had wobbly legs so you couldn’t use them.

Our group was here for work. Very nice place. Plenty of room, comfy beds, clean and as described. Self check in, plenty of room to park. Nice area. Close to everything. Loved the outdoor patio. Will stay again.

This house was clean, spacious, well maintained. Nothing fancy or updated, but it was just what we needed.

We were in Bradenton for spring training and this place was only about 5-10 minute drive from the stadium. We're two adults so this house was perfect for us. It's old Florida style and showing its age a bit (as is the neighborhood), but for us it was fine. It's also on a bit of a busy street so there is some traffic noise and it's not convenient for walking or biking. The kitchen and bath were very well furnished, furniture was comfortable and the screened in porch was the perfect place for sitting out in the evening enjoying a glass of wine. It's partially covered which is good cause it rains a lot in Florida. I only marked down the cleanliness because the patio table was full of pollen and I had to wipe down the chairs and table. The Property Manager, Ruth, was wonderful! She was available by phone, she was responsive and professional. She gets 5 stars. Grocery stores, restaurants are all a short drive away. We give it 4.5 stars.

This property was great for my 15 yr old daughter and I who were in town for a soccer tournament at IMG. Location was great (less than 10 minutes from the fields, and close to groceries, restaurants and the beach). House was clean, sufficiently stocked, with more than enough space for both of us. My only complaint would be the beds being slightly uncomfortable.

Overall our experience of staying for a week at the house was good. The location in a residential neighborhood was good, except that the road in front was heavily car traveled, hence the street name- Southern Parkway. But we live on a rural quiet street & were not used to the noise. The house was a fairly modern, clean and had all the necessities that were needed. The location was great and close to all the activities that we utilized. Would come back here again.

My wife and I came for the beginning of the minor league baseball season to watch our son play. The location of the house is close is close to the stadium and was very convenient. If you are looking for an upscale luxury accommodation, this place probably isn’t for you. That’s not to say this place isn’t nice - it was perfectly fine for us. There is plenty of space and it is clean. If I were to be critical, there are minor cosmetic issues that could be improved upon, and the place could use new mattresses. But we were comfortable, my wife was able to work remotely (the WiFi worked fine), and we will consider renting this place again the next time we come back for more baseball.

This place was as advertised. Enough space for my wife and me, and close enough to Lecom stadium for us to go back and forth to watch games for the week. Is it a luxury destination? No, but that isn't what we were expecting or paying for. It was clean, had plenty of towels, sheets, pillows, etc. We will be back in Bradenton again before too long, and we will certainly consider staying here again, which to me, is a pretty good endorsement.
