This is a lovely family home, very clean and comfortable. There are three bedrooms master bedroom is on right side of home and guest bedrooms are on the left side. Stayed Dec 12, 2021The AC worked excellent. A good thing since it was the hottest Dec on record in Port Charlotte for the past 39 years! Made our stay very tolerable. The house is large and has all amenities as listed. Making it great for when it's better to stay inside away from the high temps. I would recommend.

Stayed Jun 3, 2021Emily’s house was perfect for our stay in Port Charlotte. The house is spacious, clean and well equipped. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and very close to Port Charlotte Beach Park. Highly recommended!!
