The only heated community pool & hot tub in the hills open year-round. Professionally maintained pickle-ball & tennis courts. Fully furnished, well-equipped kitchen, 1 Primary BR with king & en suite full bath, 1 Guest BR with trundle day bed (2 twins, together make up into a king), adjoining full bath, 2 car garage. Wrap-around patio, grill & furniture. Electric, water & internet included. US$4,000 Security Deposit & 1st month's snowbird rent due upon signing agreement. $250 cleaning fee due with last month's payment.
