Snow Hall Barn is a beautifully renovated barn, tucked up on a hill with views over striking grounds and surrounding farmland. This charming countryside retreat offers all the comforts guests might need to relax and unwind, making it perfect for a romantic escape, a family holiday, or a break with friends. Ideally situated for walkers, cyclists, bird watchers, music lovers, and anyone wishing to explore Suffolk's stunning Sunrise coast, it provides a peaceful and restorative countryside getaway.

Set on the outskirts of the picturesque village of Peasenhall, famed for its roaming peacocks, Snow Hall Barn sits adjacent to the owner's 15th-century farmhouse. Accessed via a 300m private drive, the property occupies 16 acres of private land, offering unhindered views of the rolling countryside.

The barn comfortably accommodates four guests, with a ground-floor master bedroom featuring a 5' king-size bed, a second bedroom with a twin single beds (can be configured a 4' 6 double bed on request), and a ground-floor bathroom with a bath with waterfall shower over. Upstairs, a large open-plan room with a log burner and smart television which then opens onto a balcony with stunning country views. A fully enclosed patio by the entrance makes it a perfect space for four-legged friends.

A superb base for exploring the tranquil countryside, a footpath behind the barn leads directly onto the Sibton Estate. Peasenhall and Sibton villages are just half a mile away, offering a village pub, two butchers, a local store, and an antiques shop. The Suffolk Coast and Heaths Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty is a short drive, making Snow Hall Barn the perfect combination of seclusion and accessibility.

We loved our time here. A beautiful location and lovely accommodation. Felt like being in a designer tree house at times. Amazing hosts who were super helpful with local tips and advice. My kids fell in love with their dogs and wanted to take them home. Thanks Caroline.

Snow Hall Barn was extremely comfortable, and well equipped - although a coffee machine would have been a welcome addition. The only complaint that we had was that there was a 1/2 full bottle of shampoo, a 2/3 full bottle of conditioner, and 1 with a tiny bit of conditioner in left in the bathroom cupboard. If there were supposed to be complimentary bottles, shouldn't they have been full? The location is wonderful if you want a peaceful holiday - when we were there the owners of the main house were away, so it was extremely quiet, with skylarks singing in the field next to us. The local pub is only a 15 minute walk away though - but is quite expensive for food.

We loved the accommodation. Only major disappointment was that the local pub was totally booked for meals and not serving drinks to customers who werent dining.

A charming, well equipped barn, situated within the quiet, rural area of Peasenhall - A great location to explore the surrounding areas of Suffolk, such as Aldeburgh, Southwold, Framlingham, Sizewell and more. Lovely host who made us feel very welcome..

We had an amazing stay at Snow Hall Barn. The property was very well equipped, clean, and simply stunning views. Great communication and directions. Loved the BBQ and evenings on the terrace. Excellent follow-up service aswell when I had left something behind by mistake. Thank-you so much. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to others.

We spent a lovely week at Snowhall Barn enjoying the peaceful setting and lovely outlook from the house. The downstairs bedrooms were comfortable and very cool on warm nights. Upstairs the open plan room is lovely; spacious and very comfortable and the addition of the balcony is a definite bonus - so nice to step outside with a glass of wine in the evening. Friendly owners...friendly dogs! We hadn't been to Suffolk before and thoroughly enjoyed going out and about to different places, lovely beach walks and heathland too. The village of Peasenhall is delightful with a few good shops, notably Emmetts the deli which sells so many delicious products that you wouldn't expect to find in Suffolk and a few that you would (amazing Suffolk ham) and also the butchers; delicious sausages and if they have the frangipane slices on the countertop when you visit you should definitely buy some of them!! We had two really good meals at the Whitehorse pub - the food there is a cut above what you'd normally expect at a pub and excellent service too. We really enjoyed our time hope to come back again sometime.

Snow Hall Barn is charming, quaint and set in a peaceful location in the Suffolk countryside, yet close enough to drive to Southwold, Aldeburgh and Dunwich, a lovely dog friendly beach. Great amenities within the barn, with a super lovely hamper upon arrival! All in all we had a great holiday and would definitely return to Snow Hall Barn.
