The backyard Snow Globe Lounge is a guest-favorite, seasonal experience available January through March (weather permitting).

By day, it’s a peaceful retreat for coffee, reading, or quiet conversation while snow falls outside. In the evening, it transforms into a cozy gathering space for cocoa, board games, or relaxed wine nights. For couples and friend groups, it’s an après-snow hangout that feels both fun and elevated—right in your own backyard.

Winter Fun Nearby

Visiting during the winter months puts you in a great spot to enjoy classic Minnesota activities. Nearby parks offer free outdoor ice skating and cross-country skiing, including trails at Woodlake Nature Center (approximately 7 minutes away). Downhill skiing and tubing at Buck Hill are just a short drive south. For something slower paced, snowy walks along the Minnehaha Parkway offer a quiet, scenic winter experience.
