Snellville Abode < 9 Mi to Stone Mtn Park!

This is a lovely home. It has quick access to neighborhood shopping which I loved. It was minutes away from my daughter so visiting them was easy. It is a shared space which I guess I didn't quite understand until I arrived. My grand daughter also loved the accommodations she made quite time in the cubby space in the bedroom while I relaxed in the chair. It was comfortable for my mom because she could stay on the first floor easily. The owner did ask me several questions prior to coming to make sure I was comfortable with everything. Kiesha answered the phone every time I called which was not often, meaning there was no waiting for her to call back. I appreciated that ❤️. The neighborhood is quiet and you felt safe. Upon receiving the Access code the keyless entry was great to have. Loved your home.

This is a beautiful, clean house in a great neighborhood with just about every store you need nearby. It's a distance from the city (took 45 min. to get to the aquarium) but the area is safe. The owner was very communicative. However, there are some things you should consider. 1. There is no master bedroom available. If you are used to getting a big room with a private bathroom, you will not have that here. All the bedrooms are guest rooms and use a hallway bathroom. The master is blocked off. You are also blocked off from access to the garage. At the same price, you can find other rentals that have access to all rooms. 2. This is not a typical home away from home. The house is decorated beautifully, but it definitely feels like you are in someone else's space. I've had a few home rentals, but this is the first where the owner had personal pictures of their family in the house. There are a lot of personal effects so it doesn't have a homey feel for the renter. There was also a note in the welcome book asking to respect their items, which was fine, but it was a first for us that they had their own food items in the house. We just ended up not using the cabinets and pushed their items to one side of the fridge so no one would get confused and use their property. 3. Not recommended for small children. We ended up not having our 2 y/o grandchild visit because of all the decor. It is very beautiful, but there a quite a few things for little hands to break.
