Smoky Mountain Riverhouse....Peaceful...Lots of Parking...Near Convention Center

We loved that the property was clean, the snacks provided by the host, the amount of space for everyone! Getting on the main road was a little tricky due to no red light, however, the location was amazing to get to Soaky Mountain water park!The beds were comfortable, the showers had great pressure, the back porch was great for the morning coffee and time to relax in nature!We definitely recommend! Can’t wait for our next vacation!

I was very happy with this property. It was great because it was easy to get to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and Sevierville. When I had questions for the owner she responded right away. I had a family member leave something behind and they found it and had it for us to pick up. All of us that stayed there found the place cute and comfortable. There is some road noise but that didn't bother me at all. In the mornings you can hear the helicopters taking off to give people rides over Gatlinburg. Check in was super easy and everything is close by. We had two cars that fit in the driveway There is a river on the property that is great to look at and peaceful. Safety is number 1 for me and I felt safe every day. The beds were comfortable and no one complained. I would book this property again.

This was a great location with plenty of close restaurants nearby. The beds were very comfortable and we loved the view from the back deck. The house was very equipment with plenty if towels and all the kitchen dishes etc... that we needed. Looking forward to staying again.

Coffee was provided. All cookware, dishes and cutlery were present. Nearby shopping was convenient.

Did not provide a frying pan or baking pan.

The host was very accommodating. They even left snacks for my kids, which was very nice. We unfortunately weren't able to spend much time IN the house other than sleeping, but it had everything we needed and was laid out nicely. The best part was the location, as it was only 5 minutes from the Sevierville Convention Center where we spent most of our time during our trip. :)

The host was a good communicator and quite welcoming. The house was a pleasant place to stay and the location was wonderfully accessible both to the Smoky Mountains and to Knoxville.

The location was perfect for our activities at the Convention Center and the shopping nearby. The property was just as described, with comfortable and clean bedrooms and living space. Well equipped kitchen was a plus! We highly recommend this location. Communication with property owner/management was excellent.

Host quickly responded to the one issue we had with Wi-Fi. We Enjoyed our stay and would stay again if the opportunity arises.

My family and I had a great stay. Easy to find and access, and plenty of room for our family of four.

Location is off the main parkway by one street! Quiet, but easy to get onto the main road.House had everything we needed and stayed cool during over 100 degree weather!

I brought my 2 Aunts (70’s). It is a very convenient location & the house was set up that they were comfortable. The 2 bathrooms made it very nice especially with the shower, it was very accessible for my aunt with mobility issues. Only complaint is the beds were extremely firm & need more than 2 coffee cups. If you forget anything there’s a General right on the corner! I

Nice & roomy for three adults. Online pics are 100% accurate. Best part for us - location, location, location! Just a few minutes from the convention center.

Very nice house at a good price, very convenient to Dollywood

This location is excellent! So close to the antique stores, retail shopping, restaurants, entertainment! The neighborhood is quiet and seems safe, as we’ve had no problems. Beautiful backyard with a creek in the back. Pictures on listing are accurate. The washer and dryer were a bonus to have included as well. Highly recommend this house for a vacation stay!
