Smart Craftsman Home on Seawall | Gulf-View Observatory Deck | 500’ to Beach

We had a great stay with our family (2 adults and 3 teenagers) for the weekend. The location was fantastic, and the accommodations were fantastic! We would definitely stay here again!

The place was nice a few issues with guest shower.But over all it was great.

The proximity to the beach was highly desirable. However, noise from a nearby bar did present a minor inconvenience. Overall, the accommodations were satisfactory.

This is a well maintained and tastefully renovated old home. It is in a great location for everything in Galveston. The front porch and second story deck are big assets.

The house met all of my expectations and was in a great location

This property is perfect for a family getaway! We loved sitting out on the deck in the evening with the view of the ocean. Everything was nice and clean. Highly recommend staying here!!

The house is very charming. Great for our family of 6! Everything was very clean! The only reason I would not stay here again, is that it states that you may only bring one pet, and we were denied when I asked if we could bring our 2 daschunds.

Very clean. Had a few minor issues that were fixed quickly. The WiFi was an issue throughout our stay. We struggled to keep the lights tvs and our personal devices connected. The modem is in the back bedroom and doesn’t have a strong signal

The home was close to everything.

We enjoyed the home’s location, cleanliness, space, and the view from upper deck.

Great location, clean and everything you would need. WiFi was horrible, and there were some minor updates that need to be completed. I would stay here again and recommend it. It was definatley worth the price and I would stay here over a hotel.

The beds were sunken in and very uncomfortable. The tv service was below par.

Loved the beach near by. Walked our dog everyday on the beach. There was a nice yard but had small burrs that got in his paws. We were there in January and appreciated the working furnace. The property managers were very cooperative in supplying items for cleaning.

Great place and better than the pictures. The upper deck was awesome to sit and enjoy the coast. Parking was easy and close to the Strand plus on the Seawall. Shower was Hot and comfortable beds! Bunk bed mattresses could use an upgrade for older teens. Overall 5 Stars!

Hello, We really love the location of the home and it was a very nice place. We do want to let you know we did see a few cockroaches in the main bathroom. One under a towel on the sink and several when turning the bathroom light on in the middle of the night. Also the light in the master bedroom appeared to be off but it turned on in the middle of the night. Just a couple of concerns we thought you should know about.

The house had a good view of the water and was in town. If you are a picky pillow person you should bring your own as these were lumpy. House was clean and well furnished. We would definitely stay again!

Location. right by the beach. Close enough to the pleasure pier. It was great. Parking a breeze

Very pleasant stay! This home was very comfy and felt like vacation. Very close to the beach and a very nice balcony to view the water and people watch! I do wish there were extra blankets or directions on how to use the AC. Bright side though is the AC works great!! Also better instructions on how to use the front door code. But other than that, we will absolutely book this home to stay in again!

We booked this home in January for a surprise for our adult sons. I had mixed feelings about the house until I arrived! Exactly as described- less than a 1 minute walk to the beach and an amazing view! We walked the Seawall every day! It was perfect for our family getaway- even if Alberto tried to make his entrance up the Seawall! WiFi was spotty. Possibly because of the weather. Overall, great stay!

We had a great stay at this property. The location can’t be beat with a five minute walk to the beach and jetty. Very clean and well-maintained. Would stay there again!

This was the perfect place to stay near the beach with uninterrupted views of the ocean from the top balcony. Everything was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had all the dishes and appliances we needed, but I do wish that basic staples like condiments, salt and pepper, spices, olive oil, and other necessities were available so we didn't have to buy those things just to cook a few meals. The wifi was spotty and generally weak. But overall, we all enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back again.

Great location, extremely clean which I appreciated. Perfect size for one or two people.
