The house is spread over two floors. The living / dining room with kitchenette and bathroom are on the ground floor. There are two bedrooms upstairs. The living / dining room is furnished with a cozy sitting area with dining table and corner bench, a television and a well-equipped kitchenette. In the bathroom you will find a shower, a vanity and a toilet. One bedroom has a double bed measuring 160 cm x 200cm. The second bedroom has two single beds, each 90 cm x 200 cm.

In the garden there is a terrace with barbecue, garden furniture and a play / sunbathing area.

The city of Wismar is a World Heritage Site. Shops and restaurants are nearby. The beach is about one and a half kilometers away.
