Stayed Jan 16, 2026This condo is nice, although the 3 flights of stairs to the kitchen and living room makes for a lot of stair climbing. We found the kitchen well stocked. The living room fireplace did not work and when we called to get it fixed we never heard back and it never got fixed. The internet was also very unreliable and continually crashed. The movie we tired to watch had multiple pauses of 5-10 minutes as the network crashed and restarted. The TVs are a bit dated and have Netflix and YouTube but no way to add other apps or watch network TV. We had to watch NFL playoffs on our phone. The location is nice and close and beds and bathrooms were great. But old TVs, bad internet and non-working fireplace were all a let down considering the high price.

Stayed Dec 27, 2025told the management company almost immediately there was a problem with the pillows/tv (nothing changed), the tv would not allow anything other than prime or netflix or PLAIN youtube and couldn't stream your own service (mirroring), we stayed during college football playoffs and unable to watch any of them on TV, CRAZY, plus since others on network, all servers kept kicking off during night (when they tried to check during daytime of course it worked) but still couldn't stream what WE wanted to stream. This was NOT an inexpensive place to stay during this week! Overall happy with stay but would not stay here again

Stayed Mar 4, 2025Wonderful place to stay. Able to see the slopes currently and just a short walk and a climb and able to get right onto the slopes. It does sleep 10 but can't say that it sleeps them comfortably unless you have 6 small kids

Stayed Feb 15, 2025We stayed a week of skiing in Feb and had a crazy amount of snow. The house was very well set up with all we needed to cook, relax after a day on the slopes and keep warm. Having a garage for the car was a bonus with that much snow, and the drive was cleared for us each morning! We will definitely consider returning if back in the area again.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Nice place and well appointed. We appreciate not being shorted on dishwasher tablets like so many rentals. However, the mattresses should be replaced in master and second king. The views were nice of the ski mountain but there is construction and construction vehicles in lower half of views by railroad tracks. It is a place where one has to drive not walk to dinner and other activities. We were able to go to Rocky Mountain National Park in about an hour and onto a trail in about an hour and a half. Went on hikes near Grand Lake, and a nice one near Frazier . We were not sure about the pool near-by. Hot tub was right in front and felt too exposed to the street and construction to use. Lots of steps up to main sleeping and then up to family kitchen but that room is lovely with kitchen and family room. What, no Scrabble game??? Lots of other games. Nice touch was great hair dryer and radiant heat in master bed and bath. Great washer/dryer and appliances in good working order.

Stayed Feb 18, 2024We had a fabulous stay. The home had everything we needed for our two families to relax after a day on the slopes. Kitchen was fully stocked, rooms were comfortable and the views amazing. Short walk to slopes in morning and ski back at end of day. Property management communication was great and easy. Would highly recommend!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969If skiing is the priority, then this condo is fine. Access to the base by walking was not easy, however, and some of the condo amenities were less than perfect.
