Disclosures
The majority of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C due to the cooler climate. The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. A complete list of our discounts and optional services can be viewed on our website. Our designated pet friendly properties have a pet fee of $49 nightly with a 2 dog max. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily.     The location for us was perfect. I think it took less than 2 minutes to get to the mountain. Lots of space and beds to accomodate my large family.

    This is the 3rd time we've stayed at this chalet in Winter Park. When we think about what a vacation home needs to have, this house has it all. The den for kids with games is a perfect companion to the living room for adults. The kitchen is well stocked, has an abundance of spices, knives, cutting boards, plates, wine glasses you name it (and a wine fridge). The house is extremely cozy, and stays well insulated and warm in the winter months. You can literally walk to the lifts from this house (albeit a small hill to walk up but very manageable--it's very fun to slide down the hill on the way back. The bedding is very comfortable, and everyone feels like they have their own space. One of our favorite features of this house is it's proximity to the creek and when you wash dishes, you're staring into a tranquil flowing creek. Finding this type of house is rare, so happy to know it exists.

    Everything about this property is awesome! It's location is a short walk/bus ride to the Winter Park Resort as well as a short bus ride into downtown Winter Park. The amenities are fantastic - our kids loved the hot tub and foosball table. The kitchen is a chef's dream with a gas range and double ovens, making cooking for large groups a breeze. Having five bedrooms gave everyone their own space and let folks sleep in if they wanted to. We can't wait to go back!

    The property was on a river which was wonderful, but the road behind it did not offer privacy. The staircase was low and many heads were bumped. The neighborhood was dicey, trash was left in road. Good layout for family activists.

    The house is perfectly located within walking distance to Winter Park resort. It also sits alongside a creek that provides the perfect ambience next to the fire pit and hot tub. You are a short bike ride into the town of Winter Park. Four bikes are provided. The home is obviously a bit older but has had some nice, recent updates. The sleeping setup was ideal for our group (see floor plan) as the upstairs bedrooms are isolated from the sound downstairs. My only complaint would be the exterior grounds (landscaping) were somewhat unkept. Overall a great stay for our group of 10.

    This home was the perfect place for a large group. There were enough rooms and beds to have your own space, while also have multiple living areas to lounge and relax. The kitchen is very stocked with most cooking utensils and spices you would need to cook a great meal. The Hot Tub next to the creek was a great way to end a hard ski day. This house will be on our list in the future!

    Great house for going with a group to Winter Park. While not actually “ski-in/ski-out”, the slopes can be accessed via walking up a small hill and across the railroad tracks to arrive at the Gemini lift. Also conveniently located 0.25 mile from a convenient drop off location with a short walk across bridge to the Gondola. The house itself is very serviceable. But tub in the back is nice. Two main gathering areas and large table for the group to eat at. All kitchen appliances easy to use. Bedrooms nicely situated to avoid as much noise as possible from the main gathering area. Beds were a little on the soft side for our taste but not enough to be a true complaint. All of the extra perks from renting with WP escapes are a HUGE bonus as well. Would stay again with them if returning to Winter Park

    Great place and setting in old town. Skied down the road to the shuttle and skied over the tracks back to the house. Kitchen and amenities were very good.
