The Space:

Boasting 7 bedrooms, 12 beds, and 7.5 bathrooms, this property offers an ideal accommodation option for groups and families seeking comfort and space. Indulge and relax in the large steam shower or soak in the outdoor hot tub, with direct views overlooking the scenic valley and lake. If you still have energy after skiing, keep up with your fitness routine in the home gym equipped with yoga mats, weights, and cardio machines.



This home is the perfect mountain retreat. The property is tucked away high up on the mountainside in the exclusive and private Kadenwood neighbourhood, providing access to the private Kadenwood gondola.

UPPER LEVEL:

• Master Bedroom 1- has a beautiful king bed with a walk-in closet, located at the end of the corridor for ultimate privacy. With a spacious ensuite walk-in shower and bathtub.



MID LEVEL:

• Bedroom 2- The room includes one queen and one twin bed with an ensuite shower. This floor is located one level below the upper. This room is accessed through the den room and next to bedroom 3.



• Bedroom 3- has a single bed and a bunk bed with a twin bed on top and a Queen below. Ensuite bathroom with a shower and bathtub.



• (Half) Bedroom 8- Is a half bedroom with a cozy queen bed on the mezzanine loft above the den room.



MAIN LEVEL:

• Bedroom 4- Is located on the main floor beside the living room with a plush king bed. There is a powder bathroom on this floor and the ground floor bathroom with a walk in shower can be used.



LOWER LEVEL:

• Bedroom 5- is located on the ground floor, it has a bunk bed with a bottom double bed and a top twin bed with an ensuite bathroom with a shower. It is next to bedroom 6.



• Bedroom 6-has a queen bed with an ensuite bathroom with a shower. A spacious room with beautiful views from the patio doors with access to the backyard.



Bedroom 7- has a queen bed with an ensuite bathroom and shower. Direct access to the

hot tub.

• There is an additional large bathroom on this floor that includes a large steam shower.





NEW*: There is now a very large HD screen TV located in the living room, with access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, and a TSN subscription for live sports.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire private home, garage, driveway, private hot tub, etc..



The Neighborhood:

Kadenwood is considered the most exclusive area to rent or own in all of Whistler. You have direct access to the ski hill, surrounded by some of the most stunning homes in all of Canada all around the neighbourhood, your own private gondola, and most importantly located near the new and improved Creekside Gondola. There are less than 20 homes on the rental market in this neighbourhood and they tend to book fast.



*Vail has spent $320 million dollars in renovations which include the new Creekside Gondola and Red Chair (Red Chair located at the top of Creekside Gondola). If you are looking to avoid lines, this is side of Whistler you will want to have easy access to. The lines tend to get very busy near the village because of all surrounding hotels and condo rentals. Kadenwood has easy ski in ski out access to the new and improved lifts.*



The Kadenwood neighborhood is perched on the South side of Whistler Mountain, high above Whistler Creekside and is easily accessible by road or by private gondola from the base of Creekside. Kadenwood provides easy access to ski-in/ski-out trails on the edge of an old-growth forest and offers astounding Coastal Range views. The 5 minute gondola ride, 4 minute drive, or a quick ski ride down will bring you to all the amenities in Creekside Village including access to Whistler Mountain ski hill.



Restaurants & shops: Take advantage of some of Whistler’s best restaurants and shops. Enjoy quality coffee and delicious breads and pastries at Rockit and Bred coffee shops. Red Door Bistro, Rimrock Cafe (AceHost Favourite), Cure Lounge, Creekbread, and Dusty’s. Mekong fine dining Thai restaurant is now open. Shop at 122 West for beautiful home decor and Bask & Co for stylish clothing. The Husky gas station has a 24-hour convenience store. For groceries, the Creekside Market is also walking distance.



Getting Around:

Located in the exclusive Kadenwood neighbourhood, high on the Southside of Whistler mountain. A 5 minute gondola ride, 5 minute drive, or a quick ski ride down will bring you to all the amenities in Creekside Village, including access to Whistler Mountain via Creekside Gondola.



Other Things to Note:

Sitting almost 1,000 feet above the valley floor, Kadenwood is undoubtedly Whistler’s top SKI IN/SKI OUT neighborhood. Guests have access to the Kadenwood residents and guests only private Kadenwood Gondola. The neighborhood is located a 5-minute drive up a private road. Can also be accessed via the private gondola, and a quick ski ride down will bring you to all the amenities in Creekside Village, including the ski gondola.



On your doorstep, you have some of Whistler’s best restaurants. Enjoy quality coffee and delicious breads and pastries at Rockit Coffee and Bred Coffee Shop.     There are few houses that accommodate 17. This home is large, bright and very spacious. It is well stocked with kitchen and bathroom supplies (although missing the tablespoon!). There is no AC which in the summer was unbearable on the first night, but we figured out how to create an airflow by opening windows and closing shades etc on day 2. Be prepared for bugs galore. Location is up on a hill in the ritziest part of Whistler. Neighborhood is quiet and you’ll need a car to get to the village. Overall, would stay here again for the space.

    Couldn’t recommend the home and property managers more. Incredibly spacious indoors and outdoors, had everything you could need to have fun in summer or winter while skiing. Many bedrooms, hot tub, large kitchen and dining area, everything was as pictured. Perfect for large groups.

    Ben and his team are fantastic hosts - house is every bit as good if not better than described on the website - we were there over the Dec holidays and the house was beautifully decorated for the season. We had 10 people and still had two empty bedrooms - plenty of space for everyone - would recommend to anyone and would stay again.
