Number 12 is a 4 bedroom and 4 bathroom self catering 'holiday let' house centrally located in the Island's capital, Portree. This large house sleeps 6 guests comfortably. The house is situated in a small crescent of similar houses off the main road. Number 12 is a short walk to the village centre and shore (less than 5 minutes) and is the pefect base from which to explore the Island. Off-street parking for up to 4 cars is available on the large block-paved driveway.
This holiday let has an ensuite family room (double and single), a twin ensuite room, a twin room with adjacent shower room and WC and a further ground floor double bedroom also with adjacent shower and WC.
Number 12 has oil fired central heating. There is a large lounge and well-appointed kitchen with dining room. Guests are also free to use the large rear garden.

This property was great! There were four adults that stayed and plenty of room to spread out (but not overly big). The bedrooms and bathrooms were wonderful. The town of portree is adorable but we mostly explored the surrounding areas. Parking is also very easy. We would definitely stay again.
We had a lovely stay in Portree. The harbour and next supermarket are just a couple of minutes away. Super parking space in front of the house. The 4 bathrooms came in very handy for the eight of us. Too bad, it was not possible for all 8 of us to have breakfast and dinner at one table but we managed.

Excellent and easy walking distance to centre of Portree
We had a lovely stay. We had more than enough space. We could easily walk to town from the home and there was a great yard for our kids to play. They even had a travel cot for us. Would definitely stay here again.
Super clean. Well appointed. Amazing location. Really nice to have a parking spot because we had a nine passenger van to explore the Isle of Skye. Everyone had their own bed. If I had one sadness is that the common area is so tiny compared to the number of people of the house can sleep. There is really only comfortable seating for five people in a very small area. Kitchen well appointed with basic necessities and dishes. Really helpful to have dishwasher and washing machine. Easy walk into town. Loved our time there!
Lovely property and great location! Well appointed with everything you need. Very close to restaurants and shopping but tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. Great back yard but it unfortunately rained a great deal during our stay!
We are a family traveling and the 4 BR, 4 Bath home was perfect for our needs. The host was very nice. Very close to Faerie Glen and great co-op for shopping.
Annie's place was perfect for our group. While house was in a neighborhood it was so quiet we couldn't hear our neighbors. Very peaceful and relaxing. Annie was always available to answer my booking questions. Highly recommend.
The pictures really do not do it justice. The place is large with 4 full bathrooms. The location is about perfect! Very clean and well organized. Thank you.
We enjoyed our stay, and loved having a comfortable living room and dining area while we waited out the rain and a large backyard with a clothes line when it wasn’t raining! Located a short walk up the hill from the grocery store, it’s in very quiet neighborhood. We got spoiled with each having our own bathroom; the hot water is spotty for showers but even the teenagers didn’t mind.
Portree shops and restaurants are within walking distance. All that Skye has to offer within driving distance. The house is modern and comfortable. Many thanks to Anne. We would love to return in the future!
