Review Title: Horrible Experience – Bed Bugs, No Refund, and Poor ResponseWe stayed here with 25 family and friends, some visiting from Toronto and Houston, and it turned out to be a nightmare. On the very first night, we discovered bed bugs. We immediately informed the host, and while they sent people to spray the next day, the situation only got worse. By Saturday night, the bugs were still present, and we decided to leave the property.The host had promised me a full refund but has since stopped responding to multiple requests. There was no apology for ruining our vacation, no reimbursement for out-of-pocket expenses, and no accountability. I’ve had to file a dispute with my credit card company to try to recover my money.On top of that, the house itself was very plain, with very old utensils, and did not match the expectations set by the listing.This was an extremely disappointing and stressful experience. I would strongly caution anyone considering booking this property. I was willing to give the owner an opportunity to rectify but there lack of caring and responsiveness was clear.

Check-in was easy. The Wi-FI worked great. The location was perfect.

This was a great house for a large group. There were so many options for seating, sleeping, and dining to allow our group of 20 to feel at home. The two kitchens and two living areas allowed for the kids to have an area they could use and the adults to have an area they could use. We had a great time here!

I actually looked my stay. There was enough room to accommodate the 40 family members. The 2 minutes walk to the beach and the beach life was everything and a whole lot more. We really enjoyed the balcony view of the beach. I will definitely would love to visit again. Thanks again for your hospitality

We came for our mom’s 75th birthday with all of our extended family. The house was very spacious and plenty of room for everyone. We loved being able to walk to the beach and the snow cone place down the road is amazing! We had everything we needed. From prior reviews, I read no spices, but there is a full spice rack. If you are thinking of grilling, the grill is charcoal.

Perfect for a group of friends looking to spend the weekend on the beach. House was clean and host was very responsive.

Our hosts were responsive, the house was clean, big, had two kitchens and was just a 5min walk from the beach, the neighborhood was quiet. Will be back!

The house was amazing! It had 2 identical floors with enough space to house a group of 30 with room to spare. It had an outside shower to wash sand off from the beach & ample parking. The lower deck was covered so it was great during the rain. The walk to the beach was maybe a block so easy access for sure. It isn't a through street so there was any traffic which makes it good for smaller children. It was a great property and I would highly recommend for sure.

Water was green and clear bring insect repellent over all great time

The property was beautiful. The size is amazing! Plenty of space for everyone. The young people enjoyed the boat theme of the house. The size was an overkill for us. We were a family of 9, and the property easily fit 20 or more people. It was like living in two separate apartments. It would be great for family reunions, or huge families. Everyone was in awe the minute we all walked through the door. Amazing is the best word for it. The only downside is that we did not have a beach view, but the good side was, we were only a 3 minutes walk to the beach.

The house was big enough to accommodate all of my family members…house is really close to the beach so you can go walking

Great property; however, house was not ready until 4:45. The trash was overfull and stunk, the dishes were in dishwasher, and the place just felt a bit humid. I would still rent again as ot worked great for a large group of fishermen.

room for everyone!

We loved our stay at this home. The house itself is like two homes stacked on top of each other. Both floors have full kitchen and laundry set up. Everything was decorated so cute. Lots and lots of sleeping choices. We went with a group of 12 and had so many extra beds and spaces. The house is not right on the beach however it is super easy to walk to the beach and a short walk. You can see the ocean from both of the patios. There were plenty of beach towels. Nice area to wash off the sand on bottom level. Host was extremely helpful and kind. Would definitely stay here again.

I had not realized there were 2 kitchens and 2 living areas before arriving! It is very spacious, updated and welcoming. The decks were amazing! Close proximity to the beach was perfect!
