Perfect House for a family get together with something for everyone. Plus a big enough property for some hiking adventure in the snow. Felt very secluded even though we were minutes from Sagatuk and all they had to offer. Thanks for the Hospitality

Communication with the host was quick. The property was beautiful and clean. We had almost a foot of snow that weekend and the host had a plow out there a few times to clean off the driveway. Great house, great host, great location!

Our family has a traditional extended weekend together near the holidays. This location has been a part of making memories as a very large family for several years. Thank you once again for providing the gathering space to do that. Plenty of beds, bathrooms and eating space for our 28 people.

Fully equipped kitchen. Great space to be together or find your own quiet area. Very comfortable sleeping spaces.

The house was very well equipped with enough accommodations for all our friends. We loved how much space there was for all of our needs.

We loved this house. It had everything you could ask for including the fire pit, pool and hot tub as well as huge living room and dining room for all to gather. It was a great place to have a family reunion and attend our daughters wedding. Thank you! We will be back.

1) House was extremely dirty - baseboards were filthy.2) Dead bugs in the light fixtures and windowsills3) Tub in bath above garage fills when showering. Water up to your ankles.4) broken clothes, hooks in bedrooms and so few and down stairs, adjoining rooms.5) terrible stink, bug issue - killed 40 or more in three nights. 6) missing window screens so you could not open the windows for ventilation7) Main floor, gray chairs are filthy and gross8) Food in kitchen left fridge freezes if near the back. How to throw some vegetables out. 9) Major issue was one of the washers on the main floor didn’t drain so we could only use one. We did also start towels in the downstairs washers as that door was not locked. 10) Basement floor terribly dirty.11) Shower heads look terrible and rust stains in tubs.11) Some of the shower curtains are gross. 12) Terrible water pressure when showering.13) Must be drain issues as kitchen sink gurgles when some of the showers are running. 14) Freezer in garage fridge it’s gross and filthy. 15) Outdoor light next to the front door doesn’t work.

20 of us for a wedding.,everything you could ask for including bike helmets! So many areas to gather and spread out.everything functioned well. Clean. Well stocked. Would absolutely stay again

The best place ever! They have it all and for every age. We have kids ranging in age from one to sixteen along with adults. The set up of the house is fantastic and there is so much to do! Beach volleyball, fishing, playing in the driveway. Our kids love biking and using their scooters up and down the driveway. The front of the house is fun for kids chalking, riding bikes, playing basketball, yard games, etc. The back of the house is awesome with the pool, hot tub, sand volleyball and pond for fishing! This was our third year renting and we booked again for next year. The host is awesome and there is a stocked kitchen for making food for large groups. Love this place!

House was perfect for a large group and had everything we needed. Property manager was very responsive and quick to answer any questions I had before and during our stay. Would definitely recommend!!

The entire property is very beautiful and was the perfect size for our family reunion. There was plenty to keep us busy both at the home and nearby in Saugatuck. The home definitely felt newer and modern and had a great setup for bedrooms and bathrooms.

Fantastic property, well designed for large families like ours. We loved the pool and hot tub. Basement bunk and game rooms were perfect for all the teens. More secluded rooms above the garage were great for napping toddlers. Very well stocked kitchen made making huge meals much easier as did the two dishwashers. Plenty of bathrooms for everyone although we did need to get more shampoo and soap than what we brought. Lots of towels available although be prepared to wash and fold them before you leave. Two washers and driers made that easy though.Location is great too with cute shops and good restaurants in Saugatuck. Dunes tour was super close and very fun. Oval Beach was a quick drive and just beautiful. We had a great stay.

This home had multiple bedroom areas and it was perfect for our large family getaway that included 82 year old grandma, her kids , grandkids and great grandkids. Never before have I stayed in a home and all the details were thought out- plenty of towels, paper towel, toilet paper, dish tabs etc etc. highly recommended!

Location is perfect and everyone loved the pool. 2 refrigerators and 2 ovens helped with a large group. Will be back in 2026.

We had a great week, the house was a great fit for 24 people and a dog.

This is our third year staying at this property. We had 20 guests, ages 6 months to 79. It's always been great. Patrick and Scott are wonderful hosts, always responsive to any concerns we may have. This year, we especially appreciated the internet upgrade. Several of our guests need to work remotely. This year, they didn't have to drive to find a cafe from which to work.

This place was perfect for our large group of friends and our kids. There is plenty of space and a lot for the kids to do - pool, hot tub, volleyball, basketball, ping pong. The owner is responsive to communication even when we were there on a holiday weekend. We’re already looking forward to going back again next year.

We love our time away here. Great quiet location. Space for everyone to sleep comfortable. Loved the bell on the basement back door. Great safety for monitoring our little ones. Not excited about doing laundry before leaving, but it is manageable with two sets of laundry. All amenities you need from toys to kitchen supplies. Makes a weekend away and easy task. Great communication with property management and prompt clearing of snow so kids could go out to play.. they were excited about finding a treasure…sleds for snow fun.

We have used this property for a few years in a row. It is always clean, kitchen well stocked, and plenty of space for our large group. We had an issue with direcTV and the host called us within the hour to resolve. Very responsive. Only note is that the living room furniture looks due for a replacement. But this is evidence that it has been utilized for lots of family events/gatherings! Looking forward to staying here again.

Can't say enough good things about this property. We've stayed here multiple times with extended family. Amazing layout for multiple families, tons of room to spread out, beautiful grounds, well-appointed kitchen, and so many beds and bathrooms. Communication with Owner is always excellent. Our group consisted of 8 couples for a birthday weekend getaway. We didn't bring any kids, but with the amount of room, we could have easily had them come as well. The property was amazing and fit our needs perfectly. A very short drive to Saugatuck, Douglas, and Fennville made it easy to go into town for an afternoon, and the amenities at the house gave us plenty to do when we wanted to stay in. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely go back.

As in our past stay in September of 2023 the property was just what fit our family gathering. Lots of activities and also the choice of just enjoying the property. It was a good stay!

Owner configured and equipped this property to meet or exceed the expectations of large groups of people assembling for a vacation experience. The owner/manager has paid attention to small comforting details, like numerous night lights and Kleenex tissue boxes placed throughout the house. So too, larger considerations have been addressed, like multiple dishwashers and refrigerators installed in the home's sizable kitchen, that truly simplify vacation living.

This is the third time we've had a family reunion at one of Patrick's beautiful homes. We keep coming back because the property is perfect for our family. We took full advantage of the pool, hot tub, fire pit, game room, etc. The kitchen was stocked better than any rental I've ever been to. When we discovered the coffee makers didn't work one morning, I messaged Patrick and within a half hour we had 2 brand new coffee pots plugged in and ready to go. That's what I call great service! You wouldn't even need to leave the property to have a great time, but we did also take advantage of shopping in the quaint shops of Saugatuck and picking apples at Crane's orchard - both very convenient to the house. I would highly recommend this house to anyone who wants a getaway for a large group.

This property is amazing! Gorgeous home, every amenity you can imagine and a great place for our large family gathering. This was our second year staying and we have already booked for 2025. The house has everything and our family ranges from 6 months old to 80+. Patrick is great at communicating and he goes the extra mile to make sure guests have everything they need. The bike selection is great and so many for all ages. The long, paved driveway provides for hours of fun for the kids riding bikes, scooters, walking, etc. There are plenty of dishes, pots/pans, for big meal and pretty much everything you can imagine for the kitchen. Just show up and have fun!

Perfect place for nice relaxing friend and family getaway. Close enough to town but also very private and quiet. The pool was fantastic and everything was exactly as the photos show. We will absolutely be booking this again!

We enjoyed staying at this home and wished we had had more time. Our extended family ranged in age from 6 months to 91 years old. The house was set up so thoughtfully that everyone was comfortable and safe. We cooked many meals and the kitchen was perfect for our large group. Everyone loved playing in the pool and the dining/family room areas accommodated us perfectly. What an amazing property!

We had family ranging from 10 months to 89 years of age. There is something to do for everyone. Some of the people wanted to golf and it’s only 5 minutes from a golf course. Beautiful screened in porch overlooking the pool, enough beds for everyone, massive kitchen, plenty of games for the kids. Just a great spot. Highly recommend for a family getaway!

This is the 2nd time we've stayed at Meadowlark, and the house and property met or exceeded all the needs of our family of 23 people. Although we brought games and activities, there was so much there for all the kids to do that we didn't need them. The house is well equipped with 3 refrigerators and 2 stoves/ovens and 2 dishwashers, and lots of activities in the lower level (ping pong, pool, etc.) The location is great, and the kids (and adults) love the fishing pond and the basketball hoop and diving board in the pool. We'd love to come back again in the future!
