Amazing home, scenery, and amenities. This rental has it all. So grateful to spend a weekend with our 87-year-old Mother, daughters, and granddaughters! 22 people and the home was more than comfortable. Thank you.

What a place to stay! We booked this for my wife's 40th birthday party getaway and everyone LOVED staying here. The property is spacious and offers everything you could desire.The hot tub was AWESOME! The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. There's more than enough space here to host a large group.

The host was very good at responding to my questions, the place was clean. the beds were not comfortable. Mant sore backs and sleep deprived people in the AM.

House was exactly as described. Had everything we needed and the one minor thing that was missing was rectified quickly. Would stay again!

We had an incredible Thanksgiving stay at Scott’s house in Michigan. The home is spotless, extremely welcoming, and exceptionally well equipped for hosting large families or groups—while still offering plenty of space for privacy and quiet moments.The basement and play area were perfect for keeping all the kids together, giving the adults space to relax and truly enjoy the stay. The location is also ideal—just minutes from Saugatuck, making it easy to explore the area while enjoying a peaceful getaway.The outdoor features truly took this experience to the next level. The jacuzzi in winter was an absolute highlight—pure relaxation and a huge plus. The fire pit was perfect for cozy evenings and s’mores, and the sound system made watching Thanksgiving football an unforgettable experience.This home is ideal for family and friends looking to reconnect, relax, and create lasting memories. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

The house was great for a family get together and the host was very responsive and easy to work with. Only funky things were having to wash and fold all towels before leaving at an early check out time and dishes needing to be washed and put away. The property was gorgeous and it’s close to everything with lots to do!

We reserved this property for a multi family gathering which consisted of adults, teens, younger children and infants. The location was great, being centrally located for everyone who traveled throughout West Michigan and Illinois. We had 23 people and there were more than enough beds and rooms for everyone. The hot tub and ping pong table were a huge hit along with the fire pit. The owner was prompt with responses and the check in and check out processes were incredibly easy. The only complaint I could really say that I have is the dryer seemed to dry clothes very slowly but the owner was super understanding that we weren’t able to dry one load of towels prior to checkout. Additionally, Scott went above and beyond. I left my necklace there on the nightstand and didn’t notice it until several days later. He found it and shipped it to me free of charge. We will definitely be booking again for the summer months when we can take full advantage of all of the amenities and local attractions.

This place was perfect for our stay! There are so many rooms and entertainment at the house. I highly recommend staying here.

The property was located about a 7 minute drive from downtown Saugatuck and the grounds were beautiful. House was ideal for groups or families by having two bedrooms grouped together with a bathroom for most of the house. With that said, the “rules” and policies were not guest friendly and didn’t reflect the high rental cost. Examples are a 5:00 pm check in time, 10:00 am checkout, dishwasher run and dishes put away by checkout. Worst of all, if you use their towels, they must be washed and dried before leaving at 10:00 am or you provide your own towels. We are paid guests, not housekeepers! There is also concern about previous guests actually washing their towels or if they were just put into the dryer after showering. There was only one key provided, no lockbox or keypad on the door.

We all loved our vacation near Saugituck. It was a great location for folks to arrive from California to Delaware. It was also a great location to get to the many local sights. Scott was very helpful with any questions. We all loved the pool, and the extras that were available to do in the house. It was aWonderful way to connect with famiy

The house was a perfect size for our family. We were able to venture out during the day and gather at night to have family time by the pool, play volleyball and have family dinner. This is the fourth time staying at one of his houses and it has always been wonderful.

Pool was amazing and well maintained. Some of the living room furniture needed replacing and the tv did not have great reception. Nicely stocked with essentials and great location to trails.

We had a great time at this property. We had over 20 girls and everyone had plenty of space and there was enough room to comfortably sleep, eat and play. There were not quite enough pots to cook for that many people but we had brought our own so it wasn’t an issue. Overall great stay and located near lots of fun things to do.

It was a nice roomy facility. Any problems we encountered were addressed immediately. This was our second visit and would love to come again.

We had 16 adults and 3 kids. The perfect house. Swimming pool was the big hit! Location was private, yet close to Saugatuck. Very well provisioned with kitchen supplies, etc. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay. We had a group of 16, but there would have been room for many more. This house was perfect for all ages. We played volleyball, horseshoes, pingpong, and the games in the basement. We used the pool, hot tub, and fire pit daily. The home was well stocked with towels (bath towels and pool towels) and everything you would need in the kitchen. It was an easy drive into town, which was only 7 minutes away. The owner responded quickly to our questions. We would definitely recommend this home!

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at a property hosted by Scott. Home was clean, check-in is easy and our crew had a great couple of days. Lots of space and plenty of things to do right on the property.

We had a golf trip with a bunch of family and friends and this place had the perfect amount of space. It had everything we needed for the weekend and plenty of supplies. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic place!!

We rented the house for a weekend in spring for my mother's 80th birthday. The age range was 21-80 and everyone loved the house. The location was great and an easy drive to downtown. Scott was amazing and very accommodating to our requests. The house was clean and sleeping accommodations were great! We had 18 people and had plenty of room for more.

Our family attended a wedding plus, we spent Christmas at this place. It was a wonderful experience. Everything was clean andveryequipped for our family to enjoy a wonderful time.

The house is setup very well for large groups and entertaining. Nice drive with enough room for our 6 trucks to park. Two suggestions would be to upgrade the grills and stove. We couldn't get one of the burners on the stove to light and the oven took a while to heat up. For a house that size a double oven and range would be awesome. They still worked OK, regardless I would 100% stay there again!

The accommodation for large groups is great. Private but close to town Need too update some furniture especially patio cushions. Mirror in bedrooms would be a plus

We really enjoyed our week long stay. The house is well equipped for all ages. The pool and hot tub were awesome and enjoyed every day. The kitchen is well stocked. Unfortunately the A/C didn't work when we arrived, however when we reported this someone was sent out immediately to check it out. The unit needed to be replaced and this happened the very next day. In the meantime, we asked for fans for all the bedrooms and these were delivered within an hour or so. So despite the discomfort of no A/C for a few days, we felt the management took immediate action and this was impressive. The power also was out one morning for several hours due a storm. The one suggestion we'd make would be to add an emergency kit in the home of water, flashlights as we had no water or lights for several hours in the early morning. Not being able to use the bathroom in the morning with 19 people was a challenge to say the least. Overall, we'd happily go back to this very comfortable and well appointed home.

We enjoyed staying at this place. Close to the beaches(which were very clean), hiking, fruit picking, kid friendly adventures & shopping. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, bowls, pans, etc. I would recommend adding alarm clocks & mirrors to the bedrooms.

The house had everything we needed for our group to stay entertained and comfortable too! Would definitely recommend to anyone with a large group!
