Stayed Jan 30, 2026The property was clean and comfortable. The host was very responsive with all my questions and concerns. The pool and jacuzzi were ready and warm and so was the home upon arrival. We were snowed in due to the storm but it didn't matter, we truly enjoyed the stay there. Would stay there again or at any other of their available locations.

Stayed Oct 6, 2025Great place! Very neat, clean, and tidy, and my group loved the pool and hot tub. It was easy to access and the home felt secure. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. The host responded quickly and as best as they could. It made the experience so smooth. We had a wonderful time!

Stayed Oct 9, 2025We enjoyed a long weekend at the house and had a lovely stay. The weather was perfect and we had dinner on the porch together and then used the firepit after dark for a nice gathering for a couple of hours. We travelled into Asheville for a campus tour of UNCA and also went into Weaverville and went to Lake Louise Park and had an easy stroll around the water. The main floor of the house was easy with minimal steps which is good for anyone with mobility issues. We were a group of ten with more than enough space.

Stayed Mar 7, 2025Spacious and clean house. Wonderful host. Close to Main Street (HWY 70). Peaceful community. We had 16 guest plus one infant. Everyone was comfortable and secure. We look forward to our next trip with Mighty Tree Property as our preferred host.

Stayed Jul 24, 2025The house was very nice. It could’ve used some updates, but it was very clean. The small pool was not working and we did not find out until we walk through the door and got a phone call. I asked if they could compensate us for something and they said they would call us back as soon as I spoke to the owners and we have never heard back from them. I have emailed and sent a message through Vrbo I have still not heard back from them. That is the only thing that was very disappointing to me. I have never rented a house and not had a host respond. That was one of the biggest reasons why we rented that house for the spa pool.. other than that the house was very nice

Stayed Jun 28, 2025House was spacious for whole family , 2 little kids as well were able to enjoy swim spa. Communication with host was easy and they were very quick with responses to our questions. Short drive into Asheville but local area has all you need to stock your house for the stay.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We had an amazing stay in Weaverville! The views from the house were beautiful and the neighborhood was so peaceful. We needed a last-minute spot and the online booking was immediate - we had the front door code within 15 minutes and everything was as we expected. The house had everything we needed for a sizable group and the check-out policy was exceptional so we were on the road in no time. Thank you!
