House was a great size, perfect for all the people we had. We didn’t have an opportunity to use the outdoor space, but it looked awesome. Location was perfect for what we needed and felt safely tucked away. Furnishing in the living room and dinning room were good, but bedrooms are very sparsely furnished. There were a few quality issues, like bath towels in falling apart and the master bedroom lamp not working. We also had an issue with some rooms smelling very strongly like cigarette smoke and finding a partially used cigarette in the living room. I did contact the host and they were very helpful in resolving the issue. Overall, it was a good stay, but if you are sensitive to cigarette smoke, I would not recommend this property. Host was always very helpful and quick to respond to any concerns.

Host was very accommodating. She responded immediately when contacted and was very helpful in solving the issue of the security alarm.

My family came down to NC and this was a great home base for us. Perfect location to be pretty close to every place we needed to go within Charlotte and concord. Host was very receptive and had great communication.

We had a group of 13 women and this house was great for all of us to stay together. Location was great, spaces were big enough for gathering and beds were good. I would not call the recliners in the game room a bed since it doesn't lay flat. Would be fine for a kid though. The host was very responsive and easy to work with. A great getaway weekend!

We were in Charlotte for the race and our original accommodation fell through. I saw this house on VRBO but had some issues reserving. I reached out to Constance and she held the home for us and communicated with me until I could book. She really saved the day and my stress. The house was big enough and comfortable just needs a few updates. Just FYI the coffee maker is no longer a Keurig but a drip like Mr. Coffee and we weren't able to locate the hairdryer. Overall the stay and Constance were our rays of sunshine in a rainy weekend. Thanks!!
