The Space:

Our home is thoughtfully designed for groups and gatherings, with 6 bedrooms and a total of 7 comfortable beds. Ideal for up to 11 guests. You’ll find 4 full bathrooms, so everyone can spread out and get ready with ease. The living spaces are open and welcoming, with a cozy indoor fireplace, a spacious dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen stocked with the essentials for home-cooked meals. Step outside to enjoy alfresco dining or relax in the backyard with a BBQ grill and fire pit—perfect for unwinding after exploring Charlotte. We’ve included thoughtful touches like extra pillows and blankets, blackout shades in the bedrooms, and a washer/dryer for longer stays. For families, there’s a Pack 'n Play, stair gates, and even babysitter recommendations available. The house is tucked just off Commonwealth Ave in a quiet neighborhood, but you’re still close to Charlotte’s best spots. Whether you want to lounge in the garden, play games, or stream a movie on the TV, it’s all set up so you can focus on making lasting memories together.



Guest Access:

You’ll have full access to the entire home, backyard, and all listed amenities during your stay. When you arrive, just use the last four digits of your phone number as your door code by default. If you have any trouble, let me know and I can help unlock the door or provide a new code. Charlotte is super easy to get around! If you're flying in, let me know if you need airport transfers—I can help arrange them. For exploring the city, ride shares like Uber and Lyft are reliable, or you can drive if you’ve brought a car—there’s free parking at the house. The home’s location off Commonwealth Ave puts you close to plenty of great spots, so you’re just a short drive from most of the action. If you’re looking for recommendations on public transport or want more details on any specific area, feel free to ask!

Standard check-in is after 4:00 PM, but if you’re hoping to arrive earlier, let me know your estimated arrival time and I’ll see what’s possible based on our cleaning schedule. If you run into any issues during your stay, like a maintenance concern, I may ask you to check a shut-off valve or something simple before arranging a visit, just to speed things up.
