✨ Sleeps 10 - 5 Minutes to Grand Park - Family Favorite!

Our host Kim was very responsive from my initial inquiry right up through our departure. The home was as described, clean, comfortable and of good value. Best was that all “incidentals” were already in place- plenty of TP and paper towels, dish and laundry detergent- and a snack basket and coffee to boot! A true experience that we would like to duplicate in other VRBOs, but they often fall short. A strong shout out for this property!

Communication was great. Easy access to Grand Park. I would definitely stay again.

Throughly enjoy our stay! Kim is so professional and detailed. We had everything we needed. There was no guess work at all. Everything neatly labeled with instructions. Guide provided prior to stay so we knew what to expect. The best communication I’ve ever had with a property host. And a true host she is!!! Excellent!!!

We were here to visit grandkids with great grandma in tow. We wanted something more comfortable than a hotel. This house fit the bill. Clean. Quiet neighborhood. And close to everything you need. Kim was super helpful with recommendations for specific needs (brewhouses and local breakfast places). We will be coming back!

The host was EXTREMELY gracious, accommodating with our large group. Very spacious and comfortable property. The garage game room was such a blast for our entire group. Perfect for those downtime moments. The kids toys and games were so fun. Would recommend. Host made communication through apps, books, paperwork, easy to understand. We didn't get to use the outside amenities due to weather, but appreciated the option.

The host was very prompt in getting back with me if I had a question. She had little extras that made it such a nice stay. There was a basket of snacks, bottled water, coffee, shampoo and body wash. It was very clean! We had a wonderful time!

We loved our stay at this house. The house had everything we needed & so many extras. Kim answered all of my questions & provided timely responses.

The house was extremely well equipped in detail for everything we needed. Host was very engaged in easy communication.

We stayed here for a weekend in the fall to celebrate a wedding with extended family. It was the perfect place for 6 adults, 2 kids to catch up and hang. Every thing we could’ve needed was there. My kiddos loved the toys, we took advantage of the fire pit and while we didn’t cook there, the kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed many pots of coffee.

Kitchen was amply supplied with dishes, pots and pans, etc. Kitchen and dining room had plenty of counterspace and seating. Everything was clean. Even the simple things, like extra batteries for remote controls and appropriate lighters to start fires in the fire pit, were provided. Thank you...a wonderful place in a wonderful neighborhood!

I took my granddaughter and other family members on a girls getaway over the weekend and we had such a wonderful time! Out stay was perfect, the perfect amount of room for 5 women/girls, cozy beds, a cozy couch to lounge on and just chill, and the perfect location for shopping (granddaughter approved) and a last-minute trip to the water park in Carmel! Kim was the perfect host and very communicative for all of our needy questions. The weekend was perfect and our stay was perfect also. We would definitely stay here again!

Kim was wonderful to work with and everything was so well thought out. It was the perfect place to stay during our baseball tournament!

This was the perfect place for us to stay with three kids while in the area for care at Riley’s Children’s Hospital. The home is clean and comfortable with ample space for the babies to move around in a walker and on the floor. There are ample amenities supplied. The travel crib and high hair were much appreciated! We hope this will be our home away from home when making future trips to the area.

My friends and I were very pleased with the home we chose for our fun weekend. The home is decorated very nicely and it is filled with more amenities than I have found in any other home. I have ever been involved in renting. The owner was very nice and very easy to work with and communicate with. Definitely a must stay!
