No disclosure in adavance because if you saw his agreement you would not book!!!!After spending 90 mins with vrbo who is entirely unhelpful offshore contacts(indian contacts that you could not hear working from home with dogs making too much barking noise), we were forced to stay and sign added agreement to stay because Justin obviously has used this bait and switch tactic.....Sent wrong details for checkin which made it impossible to get into unit and we were attempting to open another wrong unit at possible risk due to error on owners partMaster Bed sheets dirty and not even madeKitchen Faucet handle fell of in our handAppeared to be a poverty stricken location and none of the security gates were closes. Left Open. Worried about our Cadillac and breakins which have been prevalent in Nashville. No towels out anywhere for showers or bathroomsKitchen pans were burnt and dirty and very cheap like tinNot only no amenities but none of the normal supplies provided by hosts

Not a quiet area, thought I was at a drag race. The house needs a complete paint job/ repairs so many scuff marks and holes in doors. Only thing that gets cleaned is the bed sheets. They don’t clean under beds inch of dust and wrappers. We had to wipe down surfaces and light switches and railing, the oven needs a good scrub along with the fridge. Even the top of the fridge has never been cleaned. We went to use toaster and the cord was burnt , that needs replaced. I would hire a better cleaning company and really stay up on the wear and tear of this place. It has potential, we didn’t use the roof because it was unorganized and things looked broken. Very uninviting. The couch can only sit 2 people if u sit in the middle you feel the wood pushing up on you. Only plus side was comfortable beds.

Nice place to stay and less than 15 minutes from Broadway district
