Nice & clean. Lots of stairs, but we did fine. Really nice!
Great spot with easy access to Space Needle, Lake Union, and Downtown. Parking was easy to find, but the streets are very narrow if you have a large vehicle. Kitchen was well appointed and there were tons of cozy spots to hang out, read, or connect with family.
Our stay at the townhome was perfect. Our family was very pleased with the accommodations. The location is very accessible (and affordable) for everything you want to do in Seattle. For larger groups, the pullout couch is easily the most comfortable I have ever seen. The modern design of the home makes it very cozy and the outdoor spaces really set it apart. The home has THREE outdoor spaces including a private rooftop which is amazing for coffee/wine and a view of the water. The only thing I would change is updated pillows/linens. We will be back!
We enjoyed our week long stay here over Thanksgiving. Queen Anne is a lovely neighborhood, close by to our relatives who live in town. Easy access to downtown Seattle. The nicest room in the house is the kitchen, which was very well supplied. It has large windows and nice views. The only criticisms of the place were the window blinds, which were very difficult to use, and the lack of comfortable seating in the living room. Owners should update the two sofas! The main bedroom was nice but we had to purchase our own feather free pillows and a thinner blanket, which we left for the next renters. Overall, we enjoyed a comfortable and pleasant week here and would recommend it to others.
The house is very nice. The kitchen is well equipped. The wood floors are great. I believe they should improve the extra bed linens because we had to use the sofa beds and there were not enough or clean linens. For the rest the house is good!
We enjoyed staying at this upbeat house. It was a very nice place to relax, sit on the back porch and enjoy the TV. The kitchen as well stocked, and we liked the pour over coffee maker. Highly recommended!
We loved our stay at this property. It was calm, clean, and ideal for fun in the city.
This house is very beautiful and the view from the rooftop is fabulous! Large windows throughout the house bring in sunshine and great views of the neighborhood. Loved the area. Had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms and both were beautiful. When we were there in late July it was hot and the house was a bit tough to cool off in the evening. Additional fans would have been helpful. There is a portable a/c unit in the master that works pretty good. Overall we would definitely stay again!
This was a really cozy townhome that had an amazing view during sunrise and sunset. The kitchen was very well stocked, and had all the amenities we needed.
We spent the weekend in town a group of 4 of us and had a blast. Quick ubers to Climate Pledge, Ballard etc. The house had everything we needed in the kitchen including ziploc bags which is so simple, but so helpful. Rooftop deck was fabulous as it was unseasonably warm and we loved the breeze up there. Although if it is warm plan to have the blinds shut, this is east facing and the afternoon/evening sun gets toasty and offers some tremendous views!
We loved the location, the space and just overall. Lisa was awesome and easy to get in touch with. Would very much recommend and I would definitely stay here again.
My granddaughter's college graduation. Family from Hawaii... this home brought warmth and joy to this occasion! Fully stocked kitchen, didn't need extra dishes or cutlery. Rooftop sitting area was special and backyard BBQ was so appreciated. I have told many friends of our excellent experience and Evolve team. Our Evolve team ? outstanding! Much Mahalo Gordie!
Clean, comfortable, with a view. College graduation family gathering. Perfect for us, roof top hang out with so much fun. Big kitchen area, awesome! Lots of cutlery, and dishes. Much Mahalo ?
This home was a great place for families. Plenty of space for each person. Also, the home is incredibly clean. You will have to drive or ride share to the tourist locations, but they are not far. We would stay here again.
This home was beautiful and spacious. We had 5 adults and a toddler and were very comfortable. The location is very good with easy access to everywhere we wanted to go.
What a blessing in disguise. This has it all!! Perfect views, location, hospitality, EVERYTHING! Gorgeous house! Whoever is thinking about staying here, DO IT!!
My family had a great time in Seattle. 1st time checking out SPU. The area is so pretty and our VRBO was amazing. Will definatly be returning
This spacious home was great for our family of four to enjoy a few days in Seattle. The location is north of the city center providing a bit more quiet and safety but still close enough to easily access favorite tourist activities. The host was responsive and easy to contact.
Spacious, gourmet kitchen, luxurious bathrooms, fantastic wifi, comfortable beds, excellent book and game collection, super clean, rooftop could be fun (we came during rainy season). Can’t say enough about this wonderful home.
