Stayed Jun 2, 2025Great central location—easy to walk to everything. Kim (manager) and Valerie (greeter) were super helpful and responsive. Valerie flagged the missing parking pass early, which saved us hassle. The Vacasa team was also quick to address issues. Unit had lots of thoughtful extras like soap, shampoo, toothbrushes, and feminine products. Building amenities include a gym, pool, washer/dryer, and kitchen (though we didn’t use them). That said, the place felt a bit underwhelming compared to the listing. The bathroom was dirty—stains under the bath mat and discoloration on the walls and grout. Also there were noticeable stains on the mattress topper when stripping the sheets. The sliding glass door didn’t lock; Kim created a makeshift stopper, which we appreciated, but it didn’t feel secure. Lighting was fine during the day, but too dim at night. Key pickup was in a back alley, which felt sketchy—would’ve been worse if we arrived late. Also, unsure why there’s a piano—it takes up space and makes the room appear cramped. A pull-out couch would make more sense for groups. Overall, a convenient stay with great service, but the unit needs better cleaning and a few updates.

Stayed Apr 23, 2025Nice and cozy spot with easy access to dining and other activities. Enjoyed sitting the balcony for breakfast on a few occassions. We didn't have time to utilize the facilities (pool, gym, etc.) but looked nice and great to have the option. Would definitely book again!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Wonderfully & tastefully decorated, this cozy home has everything you need for a comfortable stay! Fully equipped kitchen with lots of extras (check out the tea shelf:) Great workspace with good internet. Walking distance to restaurants on the Sound (Anthony's Pier 66 was awesome!), Glass Museum, & Pike Place Market. Go to the rooftop for a cup of coffee or glass of wine & panoramic views of the water. There is an amazing coffee & pastry shop by the lobby! A delightful stay, & we will return!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Roomy studio with nice amenities. Too many rugs in the way. Door kept getting caught on one and I kept tripping over another. Otherwise a nice place. Would be nicer to have self check in. Staff was friendly and helpful. Thanks!

Stayed Jul 6, 2024Studio worked mostly ok for our stay. In-unit laundry was a plus. *Beware* there is no a/c and no cross-ventilation, and the unit is on the 5th floor so our stay during a heat wave was very uncomfortable. The company that manages this rental (Vacasa) did not offer adequate customer service regarding whether other units were available due to this issue. The linens were passable and there was a weirdly small assortment of pots and pans for the kitchen. The secure parking was very handy. Kitchen floor looked clean but was sticky (yuck). If you’re traveling outside of the summer months and want access to downtown/waterfront attractions the location is good.
