Sleek & Affordable 3 Bedroom/2 Bath in downtown Overland Park!

Honestly in a good area (with the farmers market), but lots of negatives, in the photo it looks really nice and kept up and clean, but it was definitely not, the windows were disgusting, cobwebs everywhere, under the bed/ couch was gross, the couch was broken and same with the coffee table, the patio furniture were gross and not kept up with. master bath had cobwebs everywhere and multiple spiders ( not normal day to day spiders but spiders you’d see in an area that doesn’t get much attention). Towels were not kept nicely, just thrown in the closet, no real cleaning products in the kitchen. It honestly has so much potential if it was kept up better on the outside and was more homey on the inside. Wasn’t horrible, didn’t enjoy the spiders in the master bedroom, but not horrible, but definitely far from great.

This VRBO property Overland Park KS was a huge disappointment. Ask the owner for recent photos. Spend your money on hotel rooms.

Property looked great - clean and well appointed. In a convenient location with restaurants, stores and parks within a few minutes drive. Host communications were timely and helpful. Great experience!

It was a great location for my daughter’s wedding.

We were there for my granddaughters wedding. Quick visit but the home was nice and we really enjoyed the time we spent there. Thank you!

The house was not clean. Windows have cobwebs - very old cobwebs. Bathroom toilet seat had a layer of dust, despite the sanitized tag. The outdoor furniture were all very dirty. The host was notified of the dirt on the toilet seat. I was told that it had been very windy bringing in dust(dirt)? Hmm. There are no windows in the bathroom.The house is located close to Overland Park downtown. The downtown is within walking distance.I would not return due to the lack of cleanliness.Again, host was amazing. He allowed early check-in and a late departure. He just needs to ensure that those cleaning the house are doing a proper job.

The house was clean and had everything we needed. The linens and beds were comfortable and the host responded quickly.

Drew was great to communicate with the entire two week stay. My mother had a liver transplant with KU med and we needed something close and easy, and this was it! Lots of options for food and things to do close by! Highly recommend to anyone!

While I was only here for a short period of time. Everything was extremely clean, and the host was extremely responsive, which is always so much appreciated. I would definitely stay here again.

This was the perfect place for our ladies weekend. Plenty of open space to visit and play games after shopping all day. Rooms were comfortable and we had everything we needed for a great stay.

Some new bed linens and towels would help. Cleaning windows. Few extra mugs and vacuum or brush and pan. These are just suggestions, non of them stopped us from having fun with family and friends.

The inside of the house is clean and updated but the outside is extremely dirty, grass overgrown, home to all the neighborhood stray cats. Since weather was nice, wanted to sit outside and but was unkept and dirty. But overall was happy with cleanliness of inside but chose it for having an outside area.

Location was perfect for us. The entire property has a canopy of old trees that made the patio a great spot to relax. The tree in the front yard made my day.

The 3 bedroom house worked well with our group. I was disappointed to see the totally unkempt front yard and backyard with 10 inch grass. While there were nice porches/decks it wasn’t welcoming to sit out there. I also would recommend a sheet upgrade. If competing with area hotels - nice bedding is key. A few tweaks and this would be perfect.

We were in town to perform at the Kaufman Center then see some local historical sites. We were able to travel easily to all green this very comfortable home.

We had a wonderful experience at this VRBO. The house was clean and accommodating, and conveniently located to everything we wanted to do - Farmer’s Market, Arboretum, etc. The host was very responsive and friendly. I highly recommend it!

Three Queen beds were perfect. On a somewhat busy road but far enough back and quiet inside.

The house is very clean and comfortable. Drew is responsive and ensures his guests are comfortable. The day after a storm he came by and shoveled the drive and deck and de-iced the deck early so we had no issues whatsoever ever. Thank you for a great stay!

This House is perfect if you plan on staying near downtown Overland Park. Close to everything and Drew was very accommodating! Would stay here again for sure

6 of us in town for Starlight Theatre auditions. House was clean and convenient. We felt safe in this location. Close to anything you could possibly need. Only suggestion was dish towels in kitchen and scrubber to wash dishes. Bathroom rugs to prevent water from getting on floor. These were obviously minor things and we would definitely stay here again.

Beautifully updated home, great open floorplan, very clean, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

It’s exactly as advertised and well located. Will continue to book here on subsequent trips
