The Space:
Located only 10 minutes from downtown Coeur d’Alene, Skyview Perch offers a luxurious escape overlooking stunning lake and forest views. The architecture throughout the entirehome will wow you—including post and beam construction, hickory floors, and knotty alder trim, doors and cabinets.

Perfect for entertaining or gathering the family together, the main living area has an open concept style. The large gourmet kitchen features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Your party will find plenty of space to dine with seating for 2 at the kitchen island and seating for 6 at the wooden table in the adjacent (and spacious) dining area.

Just off the kitchen, the main floor living room features a beautiful stone fireplace, large TV, ample high-end seating, scenic views and easy access to the huge deck. Downstairs you’ll find the impressive entertaining area featuring a second living room and a great game room.

Wrapped in windows with stunning Northwest views, this second living room is equipped with comfortable seating, a huge TV and a fireplace. There’s also a fantastic wet bar with a wine cooler and microwave nestled in the corner! Just steps away, the game room features a high-end pool table, and tons of space for everyone to join in on the fun.
