The Space:

Living Space

Step inside to a serene and beautifully decorated open-concept living area that connects the living room, dining room, and kitchen. Large windows flood the space with natural light and offer spectacular views of the skyline and mountains. The inviting atmosphere is perfect for relaxing or socializing with family and friends. Guests have loved the airy feel and stylish décor that make it feel like a home away from home.

Kitchen

️ Our fully-stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals just like at home. It includes a full-size fridge, stove with oven, dishwasher, cookware, utensils, drinking glasses, coffee cups, plates & bowls, microwave oven, toaster, cooking spices, and a Keurig coffee maker. Enjoy complimentary coffee pods, tea, creamer, snacks, and drinks. We've even included Tupperware for your leftovers and all the little extras to make your stay comfortable. Guests have appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and the thoughtful touches that make cooking a delight.

Half Bathroom: Also well-stocked to ensure your comfort during your stay.

We provide a pack-n-play with sheets, a high chair, and family-friendly games to make your stay with children more comfortable and enjoyable. Guest Access:

You will have the entire main-level duplex unit to yourself, with a private entrance and exclusive access to the backyard. Enter through the front door and be welcomed by the serene decor and open layout. The lower unit is also rented to guests but has its own separate entrance and private backyard, ensuring your privacy. Guests have noted that they felt completely private and rarely noticed the occupants of the other unit.

Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.



Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.



☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.



⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late



Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.



The second unit of the duplex is downstairs and has its own separate entrance and private backyard.
