Stayed Jun 9, 2026This was our second stay on the property. Perfect house for easy access to UO and the rest of Eugene. Plenty of room and amenities are plentiful. Views (especially at sunset) are amazing.

Stayed Dec 24, 2025This property needs some serious attention to cleanliness. Gross actually—filthy floors, kitchen and bathroom drawers full of old used dirty sponges and bars of soap. Old scratched teflon pots and pans that should be replaced—safety hazard. Dangerously tippy dining chairs and barstools—safety hazard.Only two washcloths provided for 6 guests.It’s hard to believe this property is so highly rated. The host was nice to work with but other than that, it was disappointing.

Stayed Nov 13, 2025I wish we were staying more than one night. The views are absolutely amazing. All the rooms are done very well. Beds are comfy. Kitchen is nice. It is an absolutely wonderful House! Would totally stay here again.

Stayed Sep 19, 2025We really enjoyed our stay. First off, the views are amazing. The house was very nice and perfectly located to the Oregon campus where our son is a student. Plenty of restaurants within a 10-15 minute radius. The bedrooms are nicely sized and the furniture was very comfortable. The kitchen was pretty well stocked and having the table tennis in the garage was an added bonus. If I were to make any complaint, it was that there was no grill despite it being listed in the description. Other than that, we had no issues with the house and would gladly stay there again. Owner is easy to communicate with and had quick responses to our questions along the way.

Stayed Nov 23, 2024This is one of the best VRBO houses we have stayed in. I appreciate the accuracy of the listing. We have stayed in many where they over exaggerate the house. I feel like this one might have under represented the house. It is recently updated and well done. The views are amazing and it's close enough to walk to campus and a great hiking park. The beds were comfortable and the sheets and towels were all quality. The house was very clean. The sauna was a really nice addition, now I want one in my house. Parking was easy. I would definitely stay here again. A few comments to potential renters - the kitchen is well equipped for take-out or reheat foods but lacking in specialized utensils (cheese grater, garlic press) and mixing bowls, if you plan on cooking. Lots of big spoons/forks, and pots and pans. Nice plates and silverware. Also, it was super cold in the house when we got there and took a while to warm it up.Communication with the owners was super easy and they were delightful to work with. Thank you!
