BACKYARD/POOL
Step into your own private outdoor retreat! Our beautiful backyard features a sparkling pool with fully safety fence, covered patio overlooking the pool, perfect for cooling off and unwinding. Relax under the gazebo, fire up the BBQ for a delicious outdoor meal and gather around the outdoor coffee table for a relaxing night under the stars.

We also offer outdoor family games, pool toys and child floats.

LIVING ROOM
Our bright and inviting living space filled with natural light and cozy charm. Sink into the warm, cinnamon-colored couch and wrap yourself in one of our soft blankets for the ultimate relaxation.
Enjoy a movie night on the 60 Smart TV or having fun with our collection of board games. Our living room is designed for comfort and connection. It's the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring or lounging by the pool!

KITCHEN
The heart of the home, our cozy yet fully equipped kitchen is designed for both function and style. Though compact, it has everything you need—including full-size appliances, an Air fryer, a Ninja coffee maker (pods & ground), an electric kettle, and a sleek Crate & Barrel 4-slice toaster. The open layout makes it the perfect space to cook, gather, and enjoy meals together. Thoughtfully chosen art adds warmth and character, making every meal a memorable experience.

BEDROOMS
Rest and recharge in our thoughtfully designed bedrooms. The spacious master bedroom offers a peaceful retreat, while the second and third bedrooms feature comfortable queen-size beds. Blackout curtains in all three rooms ensure a restful night’s sleep, no matter the time of day. Each bedroom is equipped with a Smart TV for entertainment and a ceiling fan to keep you cool and comfortable.

BATHROOMS
Both bathrooms are full bathrooms with bathtubs and showers and are equipped with hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, Kleenex, make-up wipes, and ironed-hair dryer.

LAUNDRY
Full-size washer and dryer. We also provide laundry detergent pods and dryer sheets for you to use during your stay.

KID/BABY GEAR
We have a pack-n-play, high chair, kids dishes, stroller, and plenty of books, toys and games for the little ones.

We take pride in offering a 5-star experience for our guests! Our home is professionally cleaned after every stay to ensure a fresh and welcoming environment. The pool is serviced weekly, so you can always enjoy a pristine and relaxing swim.

**The backyard of the property is up to pool code. Children and minors under the age of 18 must be supervised by an adult at all times while in the pool area. It is your responsibility to follow all pool and house rules. The pool depth ranges from about 6ft deep. By booking you are agreeing that you are responsible for all guests of your party on the property**

**No Parties! If you're looking to throw a loud party, we are not the HOME for you. Quiet hours start at 10:00pm and a fee will be assessed for any noise complaints**

**No Smoking
Smoking of any kind—including cigarettes, e-cigarettes, marijuana, and illegal substances—is strictly prohibited inside the house.

**Monsoon Season Notice (June–August)
Arizona experiences monsoon season from June to August, which may result in high winds and debris in the pool. Although the pool is cleaned weekly, we provide a pool skimmer for your use if needed.

A FRIENDLY REMINDER
This is a home, not a hotel, so please treat the space with respect. While we strive to address any issues as soon as possible, there is no one living on-site.
