It was a nice house.

Such a great location and so much room. My family was so comfortable here and Sam always very responsive. I think we have found a new place to stay every time we are in Utah.

Welcoming host & home, particularly for the great price! Comfortable, clean & conveniently located near the freeway with close access to all of N Salt Lakes attractions. It’s a quirky little place but well equipped and we’d stay again. Hopefully next time there are bamboo mattress toppers on the queen beds. Thank you for letting us stay!

Maybe some knit picky people would find problems with the property but for us it was perfect. Big backyard for our pups and an easy drive to the Univeristy of Utah hospital for our business in town. Easy entry and instructions. Will definitely see if it’s available for the next time we are back that way.

Clean, no surprises.

This home has a huge backyard for my puppies. The home is clean and orderly, with a nice kitchen front room and bedrooms. We would like to stay there again anytime we are in Salt Lake city!

It was an older house, but it was clean and very comfortable. Master bed was very comfortable. I was told the other beds were a bit hard, but I didn’t try them out. Plenty of room. Super close to interstate for easy access. Close to Walmart, Target, Costco, and lots of food options. Would recommend.

Honestly can't say enough good things about the property and the owners communication. It's was perfectly central to everything we wanted to see and do in Northern Utah. 15 minutes from downtown SLC, 10 minutes from Lagoon. 50 minutes from Provo, 25 minutes from Ogden. It was perfect. I was worried about other reviewers talking about the neighborhood, that was not an issue at all. Sure, neighborhood is a bit older but had no issues and neighbors were very nice. Home is a little old, but very comfortable. The home is situated near I-15, we had zero issues nor could we hear the traffic. Honestly love this home and when we come back to Utah again, I'll definitely reserve this property again. Appreciate the owner leaving us a note if community activities that we're taking place during our stay. We were able to attend some. Really appreciated everything.

Large kitchen; plenty of space for the family. The owner was accessible and responsive.

The property is located in an overall quiet neighborhood close to restaurants and stores. We were on a family ski trip and it was perfect middle ground between our ski locations. Everything at the property was in working order and had a well equipped kitchen and plenty of linens were provided. The host communicated well before,during,and after the stay.

The property was clean and well maintain. We didn't have any issues during our stay.

Our stay was good at this house. We had an issue with the furnace on Thanksgiving night and Sam was able to get things fixed despite the holiday. Comfy bed. Enjoyed our stay. Would stay again.

So the homeowner was very nice and responded quickly and the home was very clean For the price he is asking it is decent. however it doesn’t show much about the neighborhood It is sketchy so maybe Google Earth it before you stay and see if you’re comfortable with that. Also, the floors are rotten in the house, and the planks are coming up, which pinched our feet and causes to trip multiple times so be cautious of that. Those are all tiny details that can be fixed. That once again for the price it was fair.

Several things in the house needed repairs. hole in kitchen floor, one bathroom door totally unusable - in half-open position. Rusty pipes in the patio were dangerous, one member of group skinned ankle on a rusty pipe. The house next door looked like druggies lived there.

Thanks so much for sharing your rental home with us. It was easy to access from the highway. The neighborhood was quiet. The decor was tasteful. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen utensils were plentiful. Everything was as promised in your VRBO description. And, as others have said--you are very responsive. If we learn of friends who are planning a trip to Salt Lake City we will definitely recommend your rental.

Good value for the money. Very cute inside and was the perfect amount of space. Easy check in and check out.

Simple but attractive setup for a work stay.

Cute spot we stayed in! Perfect for our family of 5. It was cute and kitchen was well stocked which was perfect as we cooked a lot there. It was close to so much which meant we didn’t have to do an insane amount of driving. Host let us check in early since we made good travel time and communication was great
