Stayed Mar 10, 2024Very new and modern house with all the amenities. Exceptionally set up for a large group (we had 8). Friendly and communicative owner who’s very responsive and accommodating to requests. True ski in/out capability without long walks carrying gear. Awesome mountain with varied terrain and ample snowfall. What more can you ask for?

Stayed Dec 27, 2023Incredible home...can't wait to stay again! Ski in/ski out was just perfect for our group of 8. We loved the open spaces inside to gather, the hot tub after a long day on the slopes, the ski room & boot heater...all the touches were there to make our stay wonderful.

Stayed Feb 16, 2023This was an amazing house in a great location in Winter Park. The house is in a quiet, gated community just steps from the Mary Jane side of the mountain. The house is wide open with HUGE windows to enjoy the outside beauty - we were fortunate to have some fresh snow while we were there. It felt like we were sitting inside a snow globe! The house was well appointed with everything you need....highly recommend! The property manager and the owners were very easy to work with. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home!

Stayed Jul 15, 2021We loved the Skiers Roost house! Beautiful gated neighborhood, nearby helpful property manager, very nice welcome gift, fabulous kitchen and baths, comfy beds and linens, and the use of anything in the pantry, which was well stocked with anything you’d need for cooking. Nice living area with comfortable large seating and fireplace and fire pit outside. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly.
