Ski, Soak & Explore! Spacious Pagosa Springs Home

Overall the space was clean, however there was dirt in the corners of the upstairs bathroom and some of the dishes that were in the cabinets were dirty and had to be rewashed. The downstairs shower in the smaller room with the ensuite bathroom wasn't pulling the full amount of pressure. Lastly, there may be a trick for the coffee machine, but it didn't work for us. We had to run to Walmart and grab one. Overall, we enjoyed the stay. There was enough room for everyone in our party of six, the house could have been cleaner, but the bedding was clean and anything we needed to clean, there was plenty of cleaning supplies to make that happen.

Overall the accommodations met our need. The issue we had was with the cleanliness of the location. Very dirty pertaining to dust, crumbs even popcorn under furniture. It was obvious that whomever is hired to clean does not do a good job. The windows looked as if a dog slobbered all over them, the walls had stains that looked as if someone spilt something all over them and wet sheets were left in the washer. We left the house cleaner than when we found it. We washed some walls, swept areas that were unsatisfactory to us. I do have to complain about being charged over 200 for cleaning fees and that’s how the house is found.

Spacious home with plenty of room for our 10 family members to stay comfortably. A dated property, but with some nice touches.

Nine adults, and dog, on our ski trip. Plenty of room for all of us. Wifi worked very well and cell service was spotty (as listed). Got 6 inches of snow the night before we left and were a little concerned about getting the Corolla out of the neighborhood because the back roads aren't plowed. Very quiet and peaceful area. The kitchen was well stocked.

Beautiful home and we loved the location! Great size home for a small groups of friends. Huge yard and awesome little patio deck which we would love to come back and enjoy when it wasn't freezing! The fire absolutely saved us as the main house heat seemed to be blowing cold air, so we just relied on base board heaters and the fire warmed up the main room very quickly. Pretty well stocked in the kitchen except for paper towels. The main things that kept us from five stars were 1. that two separate times we had smoke detectors start beeping like they were low. Luckily the second time was only about 30 mins before checkout, but it was still quite annoying and we couldn't figure out which one it was coming from. 2. The WiFi was not great and service in the area was very spotty, so this made it difficult to get done the little bit of work we needed to finish up. Other than that it was kind of nice to be more off the grid and we would definitely stay here again as long as all of the detectors have fresh batteries!

Only complaint is the place can use a good cleaning and have more TV’s in the bedrooms.

All of the family thought the house a perfect location and excellent accommodations for us to enjoy the quiet and beauty of the mountain views as well as provide access by car to Pagosa Springs for river and hot springs entertainment or to go out to eat. The house has a warm, lived-in and loved feel, has absolutely everything needed for making meals for plenty, Ping-Pong tournaments, quiet places to read or enjoy the view, playing games together, watching TV, or sitting around conversation centers. We loved it!

We had 5 kids, 5 adults and a dog. Cons The hot tub was a 15 minute DRIVE and the website shows it is $18 to get in to the rec center with limited hours. This property should not be listing a hot tub as a property amenity! There were 3 propane tanks for the outside heater and they were all empty so we weren't able to use it. We found extremely dirty pots and dishes upon arrival when trying to cook our first meal. We wound up washing everything before using it because we were grossed out. Pros Large bedrooms and lots of space Well furnished house/kitchen Local owner responded quickly-able to give recommendations for sledding areas nearby but just apologized about the hot tub and dirty dishes. Nice, quiet neighborhood

We had a range from 8-71. Everyone had their own space in the bedrooms and there were plenty of showers and bathrooms. Ended up cooking most nights and the kitchen was well appointed. Having the garage to store skis and gear made it easy to dry boots. We also enjoyed sitting on the deck in the afternoons
