Our home is in the Taluswood area above Creekside, nestled in the quiet trees on the shoulder of Whistler Mountain. Think of it as your own private dream ski lodge. It is very comfortable and everyone thinks it is a special place to stay. We have recently added new furniture and other amenities to help you enjoy our home. We also have plenty of firewood and a well-equipped kitchen, high quality linens, and cable TV/streaming.

We call it 'Whistler Highcamp' because it has the feel of a good climber's 'campsite' on the mountain, but with all the warm soft comforts of home. No one’s roughing it here! It is a big 1100 sq.ft. top floor townhouse, and has a very nice open floor plan and vaulted ceilings throughout. Beautiful log post and beam interior and exterior trim gives it a warm 'ski cabin' ambiance. Enjoy two big decks - with fabulous valley, lake, and mountain views. The romantic wood fireplace and heated tile floors will keep your toes warm.

Taluswood is a very quiet mountain setting, yet just minutes to the Village. Easy/moderate ski in/out trails are steps away. Hiking and biking trails start right out the front door. Our big private hot tub is very popular, and we have a common pool & hot tub, and tennis courts. Parking is free and we have a private garage The kitchen is fully equipped with everything- no need to eat freeze dried camping food in this campsite! We have a Bar-B-Que but you have to bring your own steaks. There are great views from the kitchen, decks and living room. Bear watching is possible from the deck! Highcamp sleeps 7 people - 1 memory foam top king, 2 pillow-top queens including a nice sofabed, and 1 twin upper bunk. The king bed in the master bedroom is next to a patio door opening to the sun deck with our new hot tub. From there you have a nice southern exposure and a view of the top of Whistler Peak. When you wake up in the morning you can get a good view of present weather conditions, so you can decide if you want to sleep in, jump in the hot tub, or get out after first tracks for powder.     We stayed for a week with our Adult kids and our dogs. Everything was here ready & waiting for us. The kitchen was fully stocked, any pot or pan or casserole dish (even a rice maker) was there. The living room is very comfortable with a lovely forest view. The bedrooms were very comfortable also with large bathrooms. Staying at High camp at Creekside was spacious and relaxing (compared to the squeeze) over in the village. Having a garage to store the bikes gave us peace of mind too.

    Everything was clean and comfortable. We saw a bear 1 hour after checking in, on a hike near the neighborhood. The views from the hot tub and back deck were amazing.

    Thanks to Damian and Jimi for an providing such a great place to stay for our first visit to Whistler. We enjoyed it so much that we extended by a couple of nights instead of staying in Vancouver again before flying home! Everything was as expected and the comms from the guys was excellent. We would not hesitate staying at Highcamp again.

    This condo is nestled in the woods which offers beautiful scenery when having your morning coffee or late night dip in the hot tub. Would definitely stay here again. Communication with the property manager was quick and easy.

    family of 5 (all adults) for a 4-day stay in mid-January. The place was exactly as advertised, spotless, and well-appointed. Had the feel of a quaint ski cabin, but with all of the creature comforts. Property manager was super-responsive and very helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely be interested in staying here again.
