Disclosures
The majority of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C due to the cooler climate. The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. A complete list of our discounts and optional services can be viewed on our website. Our designated pet friendly properties have a pet fee of $49 nightly with a 2 dog max. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily.     This condo has a great view with every amenitie you could ever need on vacation. The hot tub is very large and great for kids or just to warm up after skiing. The resort is always there to help. They check on you through your vacation to make sure everything is going great. Definitely is a great place to stay!!

    We so enjoyed staying in this condo right at the resort. We enjoyed the Taco Marq event and everything the resort has to offer in August. We only wish we could have stayed in this comfortable condo another month for the Winter Park Wine Fest. We also would love to stay here during ski season. So very convenient to the resort. Winter Park Escapes is a great company to work with.

    This was a perfect 2 bdrm condo for 4 adults and 2 young children that slept on the pullout couch. Winter Park mtn and hot tub views. The location from the garage locker to the lift was close and easy. Building is beautifully lit and the bridge to the village is across the street. Great memories were made and would stay there again. .

    The room and location was great. But, we had major issues with your codes to both enter and exit the facility and the parking. Mostly, the parking code system was just awful. Didn't work most of the time. Then, when we hit the help button, the information that was requested was just too much. Querry: why was it so hard to just exit the parking ? Also, it would have been nice to know ahead of time that the hot tub and pool were under renovations.

    This was our second visit to Winter Park Resort. We love the area, the ease of renting and getting equipment and close proximity of this condo. This condo was perfect for our family of four and will definitely return. The condo was clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. We loved the view and I enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the morning watching the snow flurries we had and watching the ski slopes.
