Disclosures
The majority of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C due to the cooler climate. The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. A complete list of our discounts and optional services can be viewed on our website. Our designated pet friendly properties have a pet fee of $49 nightly with a 2 dog max. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily.     The property was clean and in an excellent location to quickly access the Gondola Lift.  Definitely ski in/ski out with ski run access via the end of Corridor Green Trail.  Ski lockers were in a great location for skiing access and rooms.  Room was comfortable and all appliances worked.  Check in check out was very easy via lock box.  Hot tubs were operational and clean. There are a few restaurants close by within walking distance along with shops.  Overall a decent property with a good location for skiing and nearby facilities.  Minor negatives were that the room is a bit dated decoration and furniture wise, and I really didn't care for all the dim and yellow lighting.  Our room thermostat would not permit us to turn the heat off and the room got so warm at the lowest temp setting we had to open the windows in February to cool off at night.  Each room did have a box fan we used as well.  The other negative is the parking.  While convenient and located beneath the facility, it is a pain for entry and exit.  The instructions for arrival were incorrect saying we could enter with just the parking pass and then go pick up our room key.  But, you must have both your room key and your parking pass to enter and exit the parking garage all the time.  So make sure you have both before attempting entry into the garage.  Community washer and dryer are available on the floor for pay.  We really liked both the pizza place (Pizza Pedlr) and Goodies Mountain Creperie, had a great breakfast.

    Location is great, clean and convenient. It was nice having a crockpot and box fans! The only complaint was the thermostats didn't work. It was hot no matter what temp you had it on.

    Condo was very clean and well equipped in kitchen (to include coffee/ salt & pepper and beyond) and bathroom amenities and location was fabulous. Host responded very quickly to all questions prior to arrival! We did have a challenge getting into ski locker that didn’t have instructions to use room key not a code but they answered call and advised. The pre paid parking QR code was a challenge that I will reconcile with the company and was separate from host. One suggestion would be to upgrade size & technology of tv in living room to smart tv to access Netflix etc. Great vacation! We will be back!

    The ski lockers and location you can't beat. Underground parking is a huge plus. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were well socked with nice bath and pool towels. The coin-operated laundry is just down the hall. Also down the hall are the ski lockers, hot tub, and doors where you can ski down to the Gondola. Everything is on the second floor. Great location! No need to take the elevator. The only downfall is the kitchen sink is small along with the eating space. A smart TV would have been nice to stream movies from our Netflix/Amazon accounts.
