Disclosures
The majority of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C due to the cooler climate. The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. A complete list of our discounts and optional services can be viewed on our website. Our designated pet friendly properties have a pet fee of $49 nightly with a 2 dog max. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily. There is parking for a max of 5 vehicles at the property. STR license #018950.

4-wheel drive is strongly recommended for this property during ski season. The Bridger's Cache neighborhood is a ski-in/out community, and a layer of hard pack snow is intentionally left on driveway and neighborhood roads which can make getting out of driveways and exiting the neighborhood challenging without the appropriate vehicle/tires.

    This is a beautiful house up in the mountains. Absolutely loved the radiant in floor heating and the cozy design of the house. I was disappointed that the bedding in the house was very questionable in terms of sanitation. I also wasn't too sure about the cleanliness of the washing machine a as there was mold in it .. this is a luxurious home and in general was very clean. I feel for the price per night that I had high expectations and so the bedding situation was disappointing. When I addressed it, they did come out immediately to change it even though we weren't home.

    Evreything went very well. Only a couple suggestions, it needs a 9x13 pan, possible blinds on upstairs windows.The bottom door by garage needs to be fixe.We loved it very easy access. We would love to go again.

    This house was an absolute dream for our group ski-trip to Winter Park. It has so much space and lovely amenities and is so well located to the slopes. I hope we get a chance to come back!

    The house was amazing itself. We had a great stay overall. However, there were several port-a-potties, 5+ construction vehicles, big equipment, people were parked in our driveway when we arrive, and loud noises throughout the stay. This WAS NOT communicated on the listing, and when we pulled up to the house my heart sank because it felt like a complete bait and switch. Had I known that was going to happen, I would have never booked this house. Also, there is not really any ventilation in the bunk room which has 8 beds. Everything else in the house was great itself, but it was very upsetting to be so shocked by the construction as it wasn't a little construction, it was taking up everything around the house.

    The home was beautiful, well-stocked, and close to town (5 minutes to the village, 10 to the town and 15 to Fraser)! We were informed that construction would be taking place next door before our arrival. We hesitated on keeping the house, but ultimately decided to keep our reservation. So glad we did-construction was hardly heard and my little one enjoyed watching especially!:).

    We had a group of 14 adults in the house and it fit us easily. All facilities in the house are modern and we did not have any issues. The management company was very responsive. The ski in/out location of this house is perfect. Easy to get too from the Mary Jane run. We will definitely be back

    This was a beautiful home and the only real ski and and ski-out location at Winter Park. It had enough space for 3 families (a total of 6 adults and 6 kids) without everyone feeling they were on top of each other. The two main floor bedrooms were beautiful, with a bonus guest room in the basement next to the bunk rooms. We had a couple of maintenance issues while we were there and the management company promptly addressed them. I definitely will be staying here again on my next Winter Park vacation.

    Couldn't ask for anything better… house was immaculate and with large windows that left you speechless at every turn. Easy ski on and ski off access and hottub nestled in woods. So hard to leave! Thank you for a magical week in a winter wonderland.

    The open living space and kitchen made it so cozy for our reunion. The pool area was home for the littles leaving all more than satisfied. Hot tub time sure didn’t have a bad view for end of the day relaxation! Quick run to the gondola and a run little run in was super convenient. Appreciate the memories!!!!
