Relax on the supremely comfortable Crate & Barrel sectional couch positioned in front of a diagonal wood-paneled wall in the living room! The central living space features tall vaulted ceilings, updated decor, 65-inch Samsung 4k QLED Smart TV, a stacked stone-surrounded wood-burning fireplace with wood provided plus high-speed wireless internet access. Enjoy the cozy feel of a fire at night while playing games in the peaceful quiet, as this unit is sound-insulated from neighboring townhouses.

Step up the slate tile steps and enter the second-level dining area and fully equipped kitchen. Prepare delicious home-cooked meals in the gourmet kitchen, complete with sleek granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, new (2025) highly rated Circulon cookware, and Henckels knives. The pantry is stocked with K-cups, tea, and many cooking spices and baking essentials. The 6-person dining table with Parsons chairs can be easily converted with leaf addition to seat 2 more for larger crews, so your entire group can eat together.

Walk up the berber carpeted stairs to access the two very comfortably furnished bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms. The Master bedroom offers a sumptuous king bed with an upholstered headboard, 2 closets, and a private balcony with views of the surrounding pines and the western mountain range! This townhouse is located within the Winterpoint II community and affords guests access to the Upper Village outdoor pool and 3 hot tubs, located within very short walking distance just down the path from the townhome front door. Newly remodeled, the complex features seasonal amenities including a saline pool that is kept warm in the winter, 1 indoor/2 outdoor hot tubs, an outdoor pool, a changing room, showers, bathrooms, and indoor pool entry.

This property is situated a block and a half away from both the Snowflake Ski Lift and the Four O'Clock Run, providing an easy ski-in capability to the unit. Hiking and biking trails start just outside our door, so you’re close to the action year-round.

Carter Park is less than a mile from the townhouse and is a fantastic place to sled in the winter, or take a short drive or bus ride and go ice skating at West Arena. In the summer, hike up the Sawmill Trail to the reservoir from the bottom of the Snowflake Lift. Walk, bike, or jog from the townhome to and along the Blue River bike path which leads from Breckenridge to Frisco. Take your mountain bike up the ski lift and ride back to the townhouse at the end of the day!

If you're in the mood for some retail therapy, walk 5 minutes to Blue River Plaza in the central Breckenridge village to explore over 200 retailers, including Joy of Sox, Marigolds, Ohana, and Wandering Daisy! The city hosts year-round festivals that provide endless opportunities for fun. The Winterpoint complex is located on the Breckenridge Free Ride bus routes, which can take you just about anywhere when you don’t want to walk or drive.

When you’re not dining at the townhouse, try out one of Breckenridge’s delicious local restaurants. For a special meal, visit Hearthstone for an unforgettable upscale dining experience. For apres ski or happy hour (or just a really delicious meal without the kids, head over to Aurum or Blue River Bistro, two of the owners' favorites. If you’re in the mood for a beer and burger, try Empire Burger, Flip Side, or Breckenridge Brewery, all known for extensive menus and locally made and sourced beers. Some other favorite options in the area are Bold, Motherloaded Tavern, Michael's Italian, La Francaise, The Canteen, and Giampietro's Pizza & Pasta. Don't forget dessert!     Stayed with my son for a weekend to enjoy the outdoors. We had a fantastic time and the condo is beautiful. Well stocked with everything you need, short walk into town for shopping and restaurants. The pool is also located close to the condo. Clean, comfy bed and living areas. We would definitely stay again.

    We had a wonderful time. First time at Ski school for our 3 year old. Then tubing in Fresco and Snowmobiling in Leadville. So many great memories. Excellent food in downtown Breckenridge. Good food in Leadville at Tennesse Pass. Nice breakfast at The Butterhorn Cafe in Fresco. We were so busy with outside activities that we only built in an afternoon to shop downtown Breckenridge. Just so others are aware . Be careful with the thicker socks on the stairway. Either use gripper socks or go barefoot. Also our Denali almost did not fit . We only had an inch to spare. The accommodations are very nice ; warm and inviting. The hosts are very accommodating and answered any questions quickly. The bus and trolley transportation made it easy to get around downtown . Definitely a wonderful time.
