Skagit Bay view home - steps to the water, near hiking

Sunset views are great from the property. On July long weekend, it got little hot without AC. However the care takers did drop off some extra fans. Property is spacious and near to the water. However there are cleanliness issues. There was bird poop on many of the windows. Left over hair from previous guest on wall in one of the bathrooms. The recycle bin below the kitchen cabinet was still having old guests left overs. Cleaning can definitely be improved.

Great water views all across the back of the house. Spacious kitchen, dining and sitting areas accommodate group visiting. This was our second stay at this house.

This is a comfortable home in a spectacular location. We loved low tide, when we could explore the beach, and high tide, when the water lapped right at our feet on the bulkhead. The beds are all comfortable and the kitchen is well-stocked. The house was clean, but the outside of the house felt overgrown and neglected, so wait until you are inside and looking at the water to form an opinion. We would return!

What a great spot! Low tide left a fun beach to explore with fantastic birdwatching. High tide was dramatically close - this place is really ON the water!

This is a beautiful home, with amazing views and right on the water. But it is in need of Landscaping and Outdoor maintenance as well as Indoor Refurbishment. Windows were streaked. One large picture window not cleaned at all. Driveway was completely overgrown, brushing down both sides of our new car. All outside seating areas and lanais had not been cleaned, littered with dead foliage, dirt, weeds, and landscaping overgrowth. Home is worn and is in need of some TLC. New paint, Carpets, fixtures, etc…Pots and pans in need of replacing as are the kitchen knives. Extra large pots for large groups are needed. This is a beautiful home with an amazing view in a equally beautiful location…hopefully the effort will be put into it to restore it to its former glory. Love the Camano community and surrounding area. Home is conveniently located, just a short 10 min drive to grocery stores, restaurants, etc.

Love the space, the wrap around windows, gas fireplace and high ceilings. Such a well equipped kitchen, too! You will love your visit to this home for your beach getaway.

The bushes leading to the driveway are too overgrown and make it difficult to backup and scratched my car. Otherwise we enjoyed the house and setting.

We stayed here sure to proximity to my parent's house. Overall it was great, despite the house being 50 degrees at check-in. Seems as though it was just a simple misunderstanding though, and was quickly resolved.

The house was accurately portrayed. It was beautiful, clean, comfortable and it worked well with 8 of us (4 couples). The decor was adorable and the house felt so inviting. We all very much enjoyed it.

The location is amazing. Being right on the ocean with wonderful views from the house was a treat. There were several items in need of repair. The manager was responsive.

The property is right on the water with superb views. Utsalady Bay is lovely. There is plenty of room for a property that sleeps up to 8. The kitchen was wll stocked with cookware, plates, cutlery. We would go again.

We've stayed at the property before and really enjoyed it again. There were several things that needed fixing in the house, which I sent in a text message, but it doesn't seem like the property agent took any action to fix them

A little under stocked in the kitchen, but ok. Door to beach doesn’t work…could not lock it, even with their instructions. Master shower needs instructions. Couldn’t get water to turn on. Otherwise a gorgeous, restful delightful property.

Exactly as advertised. Fantastic view, right on the beach, wildlife, close to a grocery store. All ages loved it (1 to 70!).

Location, Location, Location! This home is on a gorgeous bay - it’s beautiful even at night, as the sun sets are spectacular and then the twinkling lights of neighbors around the bay are lovely in the dark. The home is spacious, well-appointed and has everything you need ! Go - you won’t be disappointed,

The pictures don't do this home justice! When you walk through the door the view takes your breath away! You truly feel like you are in another world - we even had a couple deer wander past the house when the tide was out our first morning there. The home is very well cared for and extremely spacious. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this home.

The kids loved playing on the beach, when the tide was low. The west facing sun setting view from the master bedroom and the balcony was really impressive.

The view from the living room and master bedroom is amazing. I could sit there all day just drinking coffee staring out at the water.
