Clean. Great location.

I loved everything about this property. The location, amenities, atmosphere, cleanliness, and so much more that i cannot list. The small things were the best part. Pool floaty for the little guy, extra dishes that you wouldnt think would be in a condo but hey.. Had a washer and dryer in it which was a plus with children...Made it much easier. Two baths were a plus because of children as well. The owners were so polite and welcoming as they let us check in early which helped with arriving early with kids. Pool was always clean and the noise was controlled. There is nothing i had an issue with.

We had an incredible stay at this property. The house was spotless upon arrival and has a beautiful, modern design that made us feel right at home.The location couldn’t be better—it’s just a short, easy walk to the beach and situated perfectly near some great local restaurants. An added bonus was the excellent parking; we never had to worry about finding a spot, which made our trips out even more stress-free.If you’re looking for a clean, stylish, and convenient place to stay, this is it. We’ll definitely be back!

Good location

The hosts were wonderful and responded quickly when we had any questions. The Pink house was perfect for our stay, it was clean and comfortable, and the beach was a short walk away. Downtown and many restaurants were also an easy walk. Wish we were able to stay longer!

Enjoyable

Had a wonderful weekend stay at the Pink House. I loved having two connected yet separate spaces. I had my own space while my daughter and friend had theirs. Location was great with the beach right across and downtown Cocoa Beach a minute away. Communication was also excellent. Any questions that I had were answered promptly.I stay in Cocoa Beach every other week and will definitely look forward to booking the Pink house again!

Great house! Everything was perfect!

It was a great stay. The quick walk to the beach was awesome. We rented bikes from Cocoa Beach Surf and that is all we ever needed. We biked to the pier but spent most of our time downtown- which was easy to walk to and we met a lot of locals who were happy to share their thoughts on what to do and when. You can see the rocket launches from the beach - we managed to see two when we were there. The area was very safe and didn't find a place we didn't like. Highly recommend!

Very clean and comes with most everything you will need. Easy walk to the beach and several worthy restaurants of varying price points. Feels private and is quieter than I expected. We had a great time!

This house was a quick walk to downtown restaurants and the beach. Worked out perfect for my family and my parents to spend a week together.

The place was perfect for our stay.. Great location, everything was very clean and the backyard was perfect for non beach days.. Will definitely be back

as represented. ample parking The fenced yard was great place for the kids to run around. Some traffic noise, but not bad.

The house was exactly as described. It worked perfect for us. Only complaint was the main washer didnt work so we were all washing clothes in my room and it could use some new matresses. Awesome little house. I would rent it again if we go back!!
