Mod mansions were great hosts! Such a great location. Easy 2-3 drive to downtown. We had a fun girls weekend and the house was definitely a huge contributing factor to that.

Everything about this property was incredible. In fact it is a property that looks even better in person then online. The management of the property was stellar. The setup and size of the ensuite bedrooms allows for the extended family or couples that wants to be together but needs some down time to recharge. Amazing views, gardens and pool.

Our stay was absolutely amazing at this property. We had a large group which for comfortably. The house is very clean and well equipped for large groups. It has everything you need and more. The pool area is perfect for lounging with shaded areas if you need. Communication was very well handled from booking to check out. I would highly recommend staying at this property.

This was our second time staying with a ModMansions property and it did not disappoint. They were able to accommodate our early arrival and greeted us with a house tour. David was very hospitable and was quick to respond via text for any questions we had. The house was large, spacious, and accommodating for our large group. We would absolutely love to stay with ModMansions again in the future. Thanks for another great trip!

We’ve stayed in Palm Springs several times. Mod Mansions had the BEST service! We were met at the house after dark and he had all the lights on, tvs going, spa ready to go. Great run through on how find and operate everything. We all loved the house and property. Very close to town but quiet. Wonderful neighborhood for walking. Amenities were perfect for our large family group, large kitchen with two ovens and dishwashers, washer/dryers and lots of storage. We had more than enough pool towels as well. The house was spotless. We all agreed this was a place to come back to for our family gatherings.

This house exceeded our expectations in every way! Perfect location, views, pool space, bedroom setup. SO MUCH SPACE overall and we all agreed the listing photos don’t do this place justice. Plenty of room for our group of seven. Kitchen was extremely well stocked and everything was spotless. Booking process and communication with hosts were seamless. In case you’re wondering, one of the bedrooms has a separate entrance- almost like a pool house. This was not a downgrade in any way. It was very clean, cozy, and private and an equally lovely space as the rest of the house.

Host was welcoming, helpful and responsive. The house was beautiful and comfortable and we loved the location!

We had an amazing time at the property. The house layout was perfect for our guests. The pool / backyard was quiet and relaxing. The neighborhood was exclusive and quiet yet close to downtown area.

Wonderful property and great service.

Close to the airport, casino, great food options, and shops, this quiet neighborhood home has super comfortable beds, is very sound proof if you keep the doors closed and has everything you need to make your trip relaxing and fun. The refrigerator is a little small if you’re going to cook the whole time you’re there and you have a full house of 12. But they quickly and happily delivered us a huge cooler and did it with a smile. There were 12 of us and we have lots of questions That were cheerfully answered and immediately taken care of. The floaters are a nice addition. We missed outdoor music, but that is a Palm Springs issue not a house issue.

The property is awesome. So roomy and spacious. Check in was easy and communication with owner was spot on. The kitchen was equipped with everything a cook would want. The place was perfect and the location was good. There are no complaints. I would rent this place again in a heartbeat!!

I couldn’t imagine a better place for a large group to assemble. We hosted a family reunion with grandparents and small children. The layout of the house/property was perfect for both social interactions and privacy. The house and our host met every expectation. I give it 5 stars!

7 of us stayed at this gorgeous mid century home as part of a family girls weekend. We couldn’t have been more pleased. The neighborhood is attractive and quiet and we felt safe. The property manager met us at checkin to show us around. David was pleasant and efficient and responded promptly to inquiries. The place was spacious and very clean with a well stocked kitchen and a large kitchen table. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms were good. The views out of some of the bedrooms were gorgeous. It truly felt like a vacation home.and we were very relaxed in it and enjoyed our stay there very much. If we would come back I would definitely consider this house again.
